The 49-year-old singer and actress released a video for "Limitless," her song for the movie "Second Act," featuring 10-year-old Emme on Thursday.

The "World of Dance" judge directed Emme in the women-centric video.

Emme plays a younger version of her mom, who is shown struggling to climb a hill before fighting through and making it to the top.

Lopez said in a news release the video was meant to make women feel, "I am worth something. I have value. I am equal. I am limitless."

She discussed the video on "The Tonight Show" starring Jimmy Fallon last week.

"She was so amazing and I was so proud," the star said of directing Emme. "I forgot that I was directing my first video, it was all about her. It was all about her."

"When you see the video, it's so empowering -- just to see her and for women," she added.

"It talks about being limitless, it talks about having second acts, it's a beautiful message as well, and great to share with her, doing that. We really bonded."

Lopez is parent to Emme and 10-year-old son Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

"Second Act" stars Lopez, Leah Remini and Vanessa Hudgens, and opened in theaters Friday.
