Jenelle Evans has a ring back on her finger, but it's a new ring from a new guy.

"I said yes," Evans tweeted alongside a photo of her engagement ring.
"Tomorrow we are going to start planning!" the 20-year-old reality TV star subsequently tweeted. "OMG I've never been this happy in my life. It's like a fantasy coming true."
Evans had announced in May she got engaged to Head when she tweeted a similar photo showing off her ring. The pair had been dating for five months leading up to that point with a couple of breaks in between.
Then, in June, Evans and Head got into a huge verbal and physical fight in which both parties were arrested on multiple drug and violence charges -- ultimately causing the Teen Mom 2 star to end the relationship and move on.
Evans then began dating former on-again, off-again boyfriend Kieffer Delp in July, which apparently didn't last long because she started seeing Rogers in September.
