Fox has announced the fifteenth-season cast of Hell's Kitchen, which premieres January 15 at 9PM ET/PT as previously announced.

The 18 participating chefs from across the country will duke it out in a series of grueling challenges and dinner services to prove they deserve a job at BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas.

Challenging tasks will include a rubber duck hunting competition, preparing dishes for 100 high school students, a catered wedding reception for Hell's Kitchen sous chef Andi, and the fan-favorite blind taste test.

Celebrity diners at Hell's Kitchen for Season 15 will include Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kris Jenner, rapper and former The Celebrity Apprentice contestant Lil Jon, musician and producer Steve Aoki, rapper and actor The Game, musician Flo Rida, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, and comedian and former Dancing with the Stars contestant Bill Engvall.

Other featured celebrity guests will be dog whisperer and TV star Cesar Millan, performers from So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing with the Stars, ventriloquist and former America's Got Talent winner Terry Fator, burlesque entertainer Dita Von Teese, actor Omar Miller, soap opera star Sean Carrigan, and Olympic swimmers Jessica Hardy and Dominik Meichtry.

In the premiere of Hell's Kitchen, Ramsay will welcome the new contestants and fly them to Las Vegas to see BLT Steak. The 18 aspiring chefs will then whip up their signature dishes in a team task, and the winning team will receive a ride on the world's tallest Ferris wheel as well as VIP service at Drai's Nightclub. The losing team must prepare a Vegas buffet service by peeling 50 pounds of shrimp and 1,000 pounds of potatoes.

During the first dinner service of the season, one team will fail early on and Ramsay will kick them out of the kitchen.

Hell's Kitchen is produced by ITV Entertainment in association with A. Smith & Co. Productions. Ramsay, Arthur Smith and Kent Weed serve as executive producers.
