Heidi Montag showed off her growing belly during a workout this week.
The clip shows Montag staying fit in a sports bra and shorts on her deck. She followed up by posting a video of husband Spencer Pratt rubbing her "swollen" calves after her session.
Montag is back to business following her babymoon with Pratt in Hawaii last week. She shared a photo July 25 of herself cradling her baby bump while posing with Pratt on the beach.
"#babymoon #7monthspregnant," the star captioned the picture on Instagram.
Montag announced her pregnancy in April, and confirmed the next month that she and Pratt are expecting a baby boy."It was in my heart to have a boy," the television personality confessed to Us Weekly at the time. "I thought Spencer really used to want a boy, and then a few months ago we had a conversation where he said, 'Let's just make sure it's healthy. Boy or girl, I don't care.'"
"I hope to have a little girl one day, but for my first child, I really wanted a son," she shared. "I thought it'd be a more natural bond for Spencer since he and his dad are so close."
Her former co-star Lauren Conrad welcomed her first child, son Liam James, with husband William Tell in July.
