Grant Ellis has given his best advice to the next man who will be starring on The Bachelor.

"I think the main thing I would tell him is that there is no right way to be the Bachelor," Grant said during a recent appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

"There is no right or perfect way to do it. You have to go in there and give your all."

Grant added, "You are going to get backlash and you are going to get criticism, but you have to give your heart because that's the only way you're going to come out of that happy."

Grant also pointed out to the podcast's co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt that the journey is "not as important" as the outcome.

"It's about what comes after being the Bachelor. That's the most important thing," Grant said.

Grant, now happily engaged to his The Bachelor 29 winner Juliana Pasquarosa, continued, "So I would just tell him, 'Be yourself, be you, and give it everything you have because it's going to be worth it in the end.'"

Juliana, for her part, gave advice to the next The Bachelor winner when the show presumably returns with Season 30 in 2026.

Juliana's main message was for the next The Bachelor winner to lean into her person because not many family and friends will understand the experience and what she had just lived.

At the Final Rose Ceremony of The Bachelor's 29th season that was filmed in the Dominican Republic, Grant blindsided and rejected Litia Garr in second place before proposing marriage to Juliana.

"It's important to trust the person and to feel like they're your safe space, but also that they can give you some really good advice and just support you," Juliana said.

Since The Bachelor's Season 29 finale aired on March 24 on ABC, Grant has faced backlash for allegedly leading Litia on.

Litia claimed on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose that Grant had expressed his love and confirmed they were getting engaged the night before the Final Rose Ceremony.

But Litia isn't the only one speaking out about her frustrations with Grant. Fans have been slamming Grant on social media, and even The Bachelor alum Carolina Quixano released a diss track.

Juliana also said she's upset because The Bachelor's Season 29 women are "taking sides" and essentially picking Team Litia.

Grant recently asked Bachelor Nation to "stay classy" as fans continue to hate on his relationship with Juliana.

"When Bach nation is everyone tryna get clout by taking shots and you just a Guy who's happy he found love and happy his dad is sober," Grant wrote over a TikTok video on March 31.

Grant captioned the post, "Stay classy bachelor nation."

And Juliana wrote in the comments, "We stay in our own lany bby. Beyond proud of you AND your father."

Grant and Juliana opened up about all the outside noise during the April 1 episode of "The Viall Files" podcast.

"It's very easy to pick sides and make judgements... because people only see a fraction of you," Grant acknowledged when speaking with former The Bachelor star Nick Viall.

He went on to share, "One thing about Jules and I, people take low shots, and we don't really feed into that. How are we going to kill them? We're just going to win in life!"

Grant insisted this phase of their lives will pass, and he added, "If you've got a problem with me or Jules, say it to our face."

Nick advised Grant and Juliana to let the haters hate because people are going to continue picking them apart no matter what they do.

"I don't listen to people. We take things one step at a time, and our relationship is No. 1, so that's the message I want to get across," Grant noted, adding how his goal is to make Juliana happy.

And Juliana apparently feels the same way about Grant. The Newton, MA, native explained that she won't accept support from anyone who doesn't also genuinely support Grant and their relationship.

"My stance right now is, 'If you're pro or for me, you are for Grant. You can't be for me and not support him.' We are two for one at this point, and I draw the line right there... I'm just honest!" Juliana told Nick.

As for what's next for the happy couple, Grant said he plans to move to the Boston area in the near future to be close to Juliana's family.

Grant and Juliana have said they're in no rush to get married but they do envision eventually tying the knot in an "intimate" wedding ceremony in Italy.
