Joanna's attorney, Raymond J. Rafool, confirmed to People that the couple officially ended their marriage on Thursday morning.

"Joanna and Romain remain grateful for the years they spent together and wish each other nothing but continued happiness and success," Raymond said in a statement to People.

"The parties did not request from the other and do and did not seek and irrevocably waived any and all rights to receive alimony and support in all forms and/or a combination of forms," according to the pair's final judgment of dissolution of marriage obtained by the magazine.

Joanna, 38, and Romain -- who wed in June 2013 -- were spotted leaving a Miami court building shortly after signing the divorce papers.

Joanna looked beautiful in a fitted black top and black skinny jeans with nude pumps and a light-pink blazer, while Romain was sporting jeans, black sneakers shoes and a white long-sleeved polo shirt.

According to a source, Joanna separated from Romain after four years of marriage in May.

The pair then filed for divorce in July of this year.

Joanna claimed her marriage was "irretrievably broken" when she first filed divorce documents, TMZ reported, and both individuals had agreed not to seek spousal support from each other.

Joanna starred on the second and third seasons of The Real Housewives of Miami, but executive producer Andy Cohen announced last year the series had been canceled. The former Bravo reality TV star also competed on Season 9 of Dancing with the Stars.

Joanna is also the host of Poland's Next Top Model, on which she also serves as a judge.
