The former Teen Mom star and her attorney reached a plea deal with prosecutors on May 31 in an attempt to avoid a jail sentence, E! News reported.

According to TMZ, Abraham is facing three charges following her March arrest -- aggravated DUI, refusal to take a field test and disorderly conduct -- and her attorney had originally entered a not guilty plea in court in late April on her behalf.

Abraham has reportedly agreed to plea guilty to driving under the influence when she appears in court on June 20 in exchange for having the other two charges against her dropped. The judge must approve the plea deal so Abraham won't face jail time.

The reality TV star turned porn star reportedly got pulled over in Omaha, NE, and according to officials, failed a field sobriety test.

Abraham allegedly blew a .147 on a breathalyzer, almost twice the state's legal limit, after taking a wide turn and nearly hitting a police vehicle around 1AM in the morning.
