The Teen Mom star is facing three charges following her March arrest -- aggravated DUI, refusal to take a field test and disorderly conduct -- and her attorney entered a not guilty plea in court Monday morning on her behalf, TMZ reported.

Abraham, whose trial date is set for May 31, reportedly got pulled over in Omaha, NE, and according to officials, failed a field sobriety test.

Abraham allegedly blew a .147 on a breathalyzer, almost twice the state's legal limit, after taking a wide turn and nearly hitting a police vehicle around 1AM in the morning.

Abraham's three-year-old daughter Sophia was luckily not in the car when she was taken into custody.

According to TMZ, Abraham publicly claimed she was innocent days after the DUI incident, saying she was "put in a bad situation" by her sister and was simply trying to re-park her car with a sober friend in the passenger seat. In addition, the reality TV star reportedly insisted she couldn't blow into the breathalyzer properly because was suffering from a bad cough.
