Da Silva, 43, appeared on the first four seasons of the TV competition series "So You Think You Can Dance."

He was arrested in 2009 after four women accused him of sexually assaulting them.

Da Silva was convicted last September of one count of rape and one count of assault with intent to commit rape.

In addition to serving a decade behind bars, Da Silva also must register as a sex offender upon his release, TMZ said.
