Dylan Efron has admitted his stint on Dancing with the Stars with pro partner Daniella Karagach has been "tough" on his longtime girlfriend Courtney King.

"I would be lying if [I said] Dancing with the Stars wasn't tough, but I think it's tougher on Courtney than me," Dylan told Nick Viall during the Monday, October 13 episode of "The Viall Files" podcast.

Dylan, 33, and Courtney, 32, are from the same hometown and have been dating since high school.

Dylan has described Courtney as "so down to earth," and -- although Dylan is the little brother of film actor Zac Efron -- the pair have tried to keep their relationship private and off social media.

But now that Dylan has won Season 3 of The Traitors and topped the Dancing with the Stars judges' leaderboard in first place, he's becoming more of a household name.

And as Dylan's fame is skyrocketing, it's apparently taking a bit of a toll on his relationship.

"[Daniella and I] are in the studio five hours a day, and my brain is mush and my body hurts," Dylan admitted.

"And I'm actually living outside of our Manhattan Beach place right now, closer to where the studio is. And so it's trying right now."

While it's been difficult to juggle his relationship with his commitment to Dancing with the Stars, Dylan gushed about how his girlfriend is "so supportive."

In fact, Dylan said Courtney "has been to every show" and "loves" watching him perform.

"She doesn't like the camera in her face every time. She was like, 'Can I just go and not sit in the recorded seats?' And sure enough, the cameras were right there the whole time," Dylan said with a laugh.

"She's getting used to it, though. I'm so happy she's there every week."

And so, when looking at the bigger picture, Dylan noted he "wouldn't say much has changed" between the two lovebirds.

"The cool thing that's changed is we started traveling together a lot more. So like, for a lot of these trips I'll do with brands or whatever, I get to bring her with me," Dylan told Nick.

"I think incorporating her more into that has helped our relationship a lot."

Dylan also insisted that Courtney knows he loves her, "100 percent."

The adrenaline junkie added, "So it's like, we know it's all temporary, so that's why I don't think anything's really changed."

Dylan suggested that he'll continue to prioritize Courtney as he continues his journey on Dancing with the Stars' 34th season.

"I know it's hard for us right now, but we're still where we are," Dylan said. "We still love each other and, yeah, we're in a great place."

During a previous appearance on "The Viall Files" podcast, Dylan explained how Courtney understands the demands of his job and has a gig of her own.

"It's cool because she's actually not on social media and she works a 40-hour-a-week job," Dylan said earlier this year. "It's not like I'm hiding her from the world or anything."

Dylan and Daniella will return to Dancing with the Stars next week to compete on "Wicked Night."
