Demi Lovato is apparently in a great place physically, mentally and emotionally.

After thanking fans for their support throughout her journey to become clean and find a healthy mindset, Lovato took to Instagram to show one person in particular her appreciation.
Lovato, a 22-year-old pop star, shared a black and white photo in which she's shown kissing her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
"I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for this man right here. But my love has grown to a level that words could never possibly express how much this man completes me. He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day marking my 3rd year sober," Lovato captioned the image on March 16.
"After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery -- he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is. I really wouldn't be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer."
Lovato served as a judge and mentor on The X Factor's second and third seasons. Fox announced in February 2014 the network had decided to cancel the reality singing competition created by Simon Cowell due to disappointing ratings.
