Dancing with the Stars never had a "Switch-Up" challenge this season in which the show pros switch celebrity partners for one week, but it apparently wasn't necessary!

On the heels of pro Sharna Burgess' knee injury that prevented her from dancing last week, Jana Kramer's pro Dancing with the Stars partner, Gleb Savchenko, has injured himself and may have to sit out of the upcoming Monday, November 7 episode.

Savchenko hurt his knee during a rehearsal this week and, despite trying to bounce back, may not be healed in time to perform a routine on the next show.

"Doctors have advised Gleb to rest his knee," DWTS told Us Weekly in a statement. "In the meantime, he is helping Jana as she continues to rehearse for Monday's show."

Kramer will temporarily be paired with DWTS Troupe member Alan Bersten.

Kramer, Savchenko and Bersten all posted the same sad photo on their social media accounts. The picture features Kramer and Bersten standing next to Savchenko as he's sitting in a chair with a large knee brace on as well as a big frown on his face.

"This. Is. not. A. Happy. Photo. ;(. @glebsavchenkoofficial @alanbersten @dancingabc #dwts," Kramer captioned it on Instagram Thursday night.

"Sorry @kramergirl for not being able to [rehearse] with you today, hopefully my knee will be better and I can dance on Monday night @dancingabc thanks @alanbersten for standing in," Savchenko, 33, wrote alongside the image on Facebook around the same time.

But there is hope for Kramer!

Fellow Season 23 Dancing with the Stars contestant, James Hinchcliffe, had to perform with a stand-in, Jenna Johnson, during last week's episode due to Burgess' inability to dance. (It's unclear whether Burgess will even dance again this season).

However, Hinchcliffe and Johnson ended up receiving a perfect score from the judges in addition to immunity for the week.
