Ricki Lake and professional partner Derek Hough have reclaimed their position at the top of the judges' leaderboard.

The former talk show host and Hough finished in first place on the leaderboard during Monday night's live semifinals performance show, the ninth performance show of Dancing with the Stars' thirteenth season.

Monday night's show featured the competition's four remaining couples dancing two routines -- including an Argentine tango in which they were allowed to do lifts -- that were each eligible to receive up to 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli, and then participating in an additional "cha cha relay" competition in which they performed short routines to the same song in sequence as they vied for bonus points.

The couple who danced the best cha cha received 10 points from the judges, while the second, third and fourth-place pairs received eight, six and four points respectively.

Lake and Hough performed a samba routine which received a perfect 30-point score from the judges and later followed it with an Argentine tango that earned 29 points. They also came in second place during the "cha cha relay," receiving eight additional points -- which vaulted them into first place on the leaderboard with 67 total points.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke finished in second place on the leaderboard -- the highest rank they've had on the judges' leaderboard all season.

Kardashian and Burke received 28 points for their samba routine and 27 points for their Argentine tango. However, they finished the "cha cha relay" in first place and earned an additional 10 points from the judges, boosting their way into second place for the night with 65 total points.

Iraqi war veteran and former All My Children soap star J.R. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff finished in third place on the judges' leaderboard with 56 total points.

After dancing a paso doble routine that earned 23 points, Martinez and Smirnoff returned to the dance floor and performed an Argentine tango which received 27 points from the judges and then participated in the "cha cha relay" which tacked on six additional points to their individual scores.

American women's soccer star Hope Solo and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished in fourth and last place on Monday night's leaderboard with only 49 points after they received the lowest amount of points -- four points -- for their "cha cha relay" routine.

Before they competed in the relay, Solo and Chmerkovskiy danced a paso doble which received 21 points from the judges and followed it with an Argentine tango that earned 24 points.

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the four celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' ninth thirteenth-season results show tonight at 9PM ET/PT.
