Cheryl Burke will apparently have to find a new dance partner in her personal life.

The two-time Dancing with the Stars champ and her boyfriend Matthew Lawrence have called it quits on their romantic relationship, TV Guide reported Wednesday.

"I can confirm that Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence quietly ended their relationship a few weeks ago," Burke's publicist told TV Guide.

Burke and Lawrence met during filming for Dancing with the Stars' Fall 2006 third season, which pitted Burke and Emmitt Smith -- the eventual winners -- against Matthew's brother Joey and Edyta Sliwinska, who finished in third place.  However Matthew and Burke didn't get involved until the Dancing with the Stars tour last winter.

During a wrap party at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa following the tour's last stop in Atlantic City, NJ last February, Matthew and Burke were seen "getting cozy" by onlookers.  Burke eventually confirmed her romantic relationship with Matthew in March.

"Life is great! [Matthew] is a great, smart, wonderful guy," she told People at the time.

However Matthew might have proved to be a bit too unlucky for Burke when it came to the dance floor.

While she captured back-to-back Dancing with the Stars' titles beginning with the show's Spring 2006 second-season title when she was partnered with former 98 Degrees member Drew Lachey, Burke has gone 0 for 2 since she began dating Matthew.

Burke and former Beverly Hills 90210 actor Ian Ziering finished fourth during Dancing with the Stars' Spring 2007 fourth season, and she was the third professional dancer ousted during the show's Fall 2007 fifth season when she was partnered with Wayne Newton.

Dancing with the Stars' sixth season is scheduled to premiere on March 17.  ABC is expected to announce the season's cast later this month.
