Bailey and Leakes were best friends before a falling out last year, but seemed to be on the path to reconciliation until now.
"NeNe made it crystal clear she didn't want to be friends," the star said as she and sister Malorie went to find the document. "The friendship contract is dead, it's over! ... Burn, baby, burn."
Bailey previously admitted she would like to repair her friendship with Leakes in December. The reality star told E! News she doesn't foresee being close to her co-star again, but said she would like to be in a place where they can be "cordial" and have "a good time together."
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" debuted on Bravo in October 2008. The series documents the personal and professional lives of Bailey, Leakes and other women in Atlanta, and is currently in its seventh season. The series airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.
