Corinne Olympios' ex-fling, Keith Berman, completely understands why The Bachelor star Nick Viall seems to dig the bachelorette so much.

Berman, who met Olympios two years ago in her hometown of Miami, FL, through a mutual friend and hooked up with her "a couple times," told Us Weekly, "She's a very good-looking girl, and she's just very aggressive."

"When you're that good-looking of a girl, and you're aggressive," Berman continued, "most guys aren't going to turn -- who's going to turn a girl that looks like that down?"

Viall gave Olympios, 25, a group-date rose earlier in the season after she took her bikini top off during a photo shoot, and his decision rubbed the other bachelorettes the wrong way.

Berman said Olympios "knows how to play up her sexiness. Nick is into it, and she knows."

Viewers have already seen Olympios demand Viall lick whipped cream off her chest and seduce him inside a bounce castle on the front lawn of The Bachelor mansion. Previews for an upcoming episode also suggest Olympios will try to have sex with the 36-year-old former software salesman.

Although Berman admitted The Bachelor fans are watching an "exaggerated representation" of Olympios -- who is typically "very normal" in real life -- she's definitely "playing it up for TV."

"She is a f-cking superstar right now," Berman said of Olympios, adding that it was no surprise to him when producers cast her on the ABC reality dating series.

"It's right up her alley. She's got a great personality for it. I was pumped that she was on it. I knew she would kill it, honestly."

Berman insisted the blonde beauty -- who lives at home with her parents, helps to run her father's business and has a nanny named Raquel -- is more intelligent than she seems.

"They're trying to portray her as some stupid girl, but she's really not that dumb. She knows exactly what she's doing," Berman told Us.

"She skipped the Rose Ceremony; no one's ever done that. She's setting herself up. Bachelor is going to invite her back for God knows what spinoff, Paradise and this and that. She's got followers growing by the second, so she's clearly doing something right."

Olympios and Berman "stayed in touch" after their fling and spoke as recently as a few weeks ago, which is bad news if Viall actually picked the villain at the end of his The Bachelor journey.

Berman and Olympios -- one of 12 women still competing for Viall's heart on the show -- apparently never got serious because of distance.

The Los Angeles resident lived in New York City at the time they hooked up.
