The Bachelor alum Carolina Quixano has unloaded her frustrations about Grant Ellis, revealing that she questioned if he was a "player" while filming the show.

Carolina shared how she "really clicked" with Grant and felt "at ease" with him during their one-on-one date in Las Vegas on The Bachelor's 29th season -- but then things changed.

"[Rose Sombke] had already told me that Grant did the exact same thing for her and for [Litia Garr] on the finance date," Carolina recalled during a recent appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

"So we were kind of like, 'How much of this is Grant vs. how much of this is forced on him to do certain things? But then how much is real and how much can we trust?'"

Carolina told the podcast's co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt: "I don't know what it was, because they never even aired it, but I guess [Grant] did some grand gesture for them on the finance date."

Joe attempted to clarify the situation by asking, "Okay, so you guys are kind of piecing together at this moment, like, 'Grant is saying and doing some of the same things for all of us.'"

"Yeah, for them two," Carolina said.

"And I had just gotten back from my one-on-one [in Las Vegas] and we were just kind of like, 'We know we signed up for a TV show, but what is real and what's performative, and how much of that is his choice?'"

Carolina explained her skepticism about Grant's intentions also stemmed from something he had said to her.

"On my one-on-one, Grant said a lot," Carolina alleged.

"And you have to keep in mind that me opening up the way I did [about my struggles with epilepsy], that's not something I talk about with anyone... It was only something I was willing to do if I felt really good about him in the moment because it is really scary for me."

She elaborated, "But I had this amazing date and the guy is super into me it seems, and unfortunately, once I finished my epilepsy story, it like wraps up and [producers] were like, 'You've got to go!'"

Carolina said she wanted to ask and learn more about Grant but wasn't given the opportunity.

"Jumping out of a plane is great, but I told him, 'This isn't real life. I want to have more conversations with you. That's all I really care about, and so we didn't have the time to do that,'" Carolina explained.

Carolina said she left her date "piecing it all together" that Grant had said "a lot to her" during their solo date and also treated Rose and Litia in an eerily similar manner.

"I was processing all of this in real time with Rose, who was telling me, you know, he did the same thing for her and Litia and he was also saying a lot to [Dina Lupancu]. So we were both like, 'Damn, this is crazy!'" Carolina admitted.

"[Rose] did say, 'Are we going to keep going or are we going to hurt each other?' And I was like, 'No, let's help each other not fall for anything! If this guy is playing us, tell me!'"

During Rose and Carolina's off-camera conversation, Rose shared with Carolina that Grant had told her that he was thinking of her when he was dancing with Carolina onstage during the talent-show group date.

Rose thought she was just comparing notes with Carolina in confidence, but then Carolina brought this alarming allegation to Grant's attention.

From that point forward, Rose accused Carolina of betraying her, and most of Grant's bachelorettes turned against Carolina for starting drama and upsetting The Bachelor star.

"It was obviously very concerning, and it was not something that I could let slide," Carolina said in her own defense.

"If this guy is disrespecting me like that, I don't want to be a part of it! I really, really didn't want to get her involved in the drama. I tried my best, and I feel really bad that I did. I tried to protect her identity."

Carolina said "another" issue she had with Grant was the fact he had promised her confidentiality.

"He told me, 'I'm going to protect you. I'm not going to look into it,'" Carolina recalled.

Carolina claimed she had told Grant that Rose had good intentions and there was probably just some miscommunication.

"I was coming from a place of, 'You're doing a lot and saying a lot to a lot of people, even to me.' And I was still trying to protect him. I was like, 'You whispered something in my ear during our one-on-one.' I didn't even want to repeat it on-camera to protect him!" Carolina teased.

"But [I said], 'You're doing a lot and I need to be able to trust you.'"

Carolina said she felt "so good" and thought it was "hot" that Grant was going to protect their secret.

"I was like, 'Okay, I'm sold.' But then he comes and finds me, apologizes for going to Rose -- because he figured it out -- and I was like, 'Okay, damn. I'm frustrated, but I get why you had to do it. I just wish, next time, you could tell me ahead of time before you drag me into it,'" Carolina shared.

Carolina alleged that within minutes, the whole house knew about what she had told Grant about Rose.

"So not only did he make a promise that he couldn't keep when he went to Rose, but now he brought it to the entire house -- knowing that I was really scared it would lead to drama. So I was really disappointed," Carolina noted.

Grant said he felt the need to address the situation and defend himself because Rose's claims made it seem like he was "a player" spitting game to multiple bachelorettes at once.

Grant insisted that wasn't the case and he was genuinely looking for his wife, and he and Rose ended up mutually calling it quits because their relationship never recovered.

"I wish Grant had stuck to his word. My frustration with Grant is don't make promises you can't keep. If he had said, 'I'm going to address this with Rose,' we both could've addressed it with her," Carolina concluded.

Grant ended up eliminating Carolina before hometown dates.

At the Final Rose Ceremony that was filmed in the Dominican Republic, Grant blindsided and rejected Litia in second place before proposing marriage to Juliana Pasquarosa.

Grant and Juliana are still happily engaged, and Grant said he plans to move to the Boston area in the near future to be close to Juliana's family.

Grant and Juliana have said they're in no rush to get married but they do envision eventually tying the knot in an "intimate" wedding ceremony in Italy.
