The 68-year-old explained on Thursday's episode of "Piers Morgan's Life Stories" that she kept her sex reassignment surgery secret because she feared her ex-wife Kris Jenner and former Kardashian stepchildren would "leak" the news.

"I didn't tell anybody. Why? It's none of their business," Jenner told host Piers Morgans.

"It really wasn't that big of a deal. I went to the hospital, no big deal. I'd already been living as Caitlyn for a year and a half."

"I didn't want them to leak it to the press, OK? And there was no reason for them to know about it," she added before confirming she didn't trust the Kardashians, "Of course not -- of course I didn't trust them."

Jenner confirmed she's transgender in April 2015 after splitting from Kris in September 2014 following nearly 23 years of marriage.

She underwent gender confirmation surgery in January 2017, which she detailed in her memoir, Secrets of My Life.

"I don't talk to the Kardashians anymore," the star said of Kris' children Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian.
