Bruce Jenner has lost the power over Kris Jenner's living will and it was apparently very upsetting for him.

In a preview clip for this upcoming Sunday's Keeping Up with the Kardashians episode obtained by People, Bruce accompanied Kris to a medical facility where she was getting ready to undergo a procedure under sedation.

When a nurse asked Kris, 59, if she has an advance directive in case of emergency -- which typically implies a will or trust -- Kris shocked Bruce that the rights have been handed over to her daughter Kourtney Kardashian.

"For my entire marriage with Bruce, he has always been listed as the executor on my living will," Kris said of her now ex-husband. "But when Bruce and I got divorced, I decided that Kourtney was going to be the executor."

Bruce, 65, kept a straight face but he was clearly upset. He ended up taking his glasses off and wiping a tear away from under his eye.

"The problem I have with all of this -- Kourtney with the final say? What, I'm not here? I'm the only one here. She's not here," Bruce argued to Kris.

"If somebody needs to make a decision, like taking you off life support, we're divorced," Kris quietly explained in the room. "I don't think you should be the one that would decide."

Bruce's transgender transition has been tough in itself, according to reports, and this is just another layer in his emotional battle. His divorce from Kris and news he'd like to come out as a woman has allegedly split the family apart.

Kris and Bruce wed in April 1991, which was only a month after Kris got divorced from the late Robert Kardashian. The pair have two daughters together: Kylie Jenner, 17, and Kendall Jenner, 19. They both have many children from previous marriages.

Kris and Bruce first announced in October 2013 they had decided to separate. The reality TV stars initiated identical divorce filings within one day of each other in late September 2014. Their divorce was finalized in December of last year.
