Similar to its first two seasons, the reality show's upcoming third installment will continue to follow obsessive-compulsive house-flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff as they purchase homes and quickly renovate them before flipping them for a profit.

Lewis will be joined by his assistant Jenni Pulos, his housekeeper Zoila, and his business partner and former boyfriend Ryan Brown.

Flipping Out's third season finds Lewis and his staff dealing with the recent collapse of the real-estate market; helping a "newly empowered and suddenly more flirtatious and feisty" Zoila find a date; and giving Pulos added responsibilities.

Flipping Out premiered in July 2007 and its second season aired last summer, averaging 1.130 million total viewers and 803,000 viewers in the Adults 18-49 demographic.

Bravo renewed Flipping Out for a third season in December.

In addition to Flipping Out's third-season premiere, Bravo announced The Rachel Zoe Project's second season will debut Tuesday, August 25 at 10PM ET/PT.
