The half-hour special, which will be hosted by Bravo programming executive Andy Cohen, is being billed as a "day-in-the-life" documentary that will follow the trainers at Beverly Hills' Sky Sport & Spa, which is the setting for the network's Work Out docu-reality series.

Trainers featured in the special include Sky Sport & Spa owner and managing director Jackie Warner; The Amazing Race sixth-season third-place finisher Rebecca Cardon; as well as Jesse Brune, Gregg Butler, Zen Gray, Erika Jacobson and Brian Peeler.

Highlights in the special include Gray working on his comedy career; Cardon attempting to make sushi; and Jacobson taking scuba-diving lessons.

Work Out first premiered on Bravo in July 2006, and it's eight-episode second season premiered in March.   During production on the show's second season, 44-year-old Sky Sport & Spa trainer Doug Blasdell fell seriously ill and eventually passed away in Januray.
