Blac Chyna has opened up about her reconciliation with her fiance Rob Kardashian's half-sister Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga.

When Chyna and Rob went public with their romance in January, it allegedly sent shock waves through the Kardashian/Jenner family since Chyna had once dated Tyga, not to mention welcomed a child with him, now three-year-old King Cairo.

"Every family is going to be defensive in the beginning," Chyna told People.

The model and entrepreneur had feuded with Kylie, 19, in the past once she got involved with Tyga, 26, and Khloe Kardashian even battled her best friend Amber Rose on social media for making a catty comment about Kylie and Tyga's age difference.

Once Chyna won Rob's heart, reports swirled the Kardashian family feared she was using him for fame, money or even revenge.

"I don't care who you are or what the situation is -- they're going to be protective," said Chyna, who is currently expecting a baby with Rob. "But everything is positive now."

It was Kim Kardashian who reportedly offered an olive branch to Chyna and convinced Kylie to bury the hatchet with Rob's new love. And then in April, Kylie and Chyna posed for friendly selfies on Instagram, joking they had been "best friends" all along.

"We've all talked. I've met up with Kylie. Everybody is mature. We're not holding on to grudges. We've moved on," Chyna explained to People, adding that there is "no animosity."

Although Chyna admitted she and Rob won't be going on any double dates with Kylie and Tyga, everything is copacetic.

"Everybody is super comfortable," Chyna insisted. "I feel comfortable with Kylie being around my son, King, and I'm sure Tyga feels comfortable having King around Rob."

Rob is on the same page as Chyna, telling the magazine that their relationship has actually brought his family "closer" to him.

"I see my family on a daily basis," Rob revealed. "We all support each other."

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs its mid-season finale on Sunday, September 4 at 9PM ET/PT. Rob & Chyna premieres the following week on Sunday, September 11 at 9PM ET/PT on E!
