Chyna's representative also confirmed the big news.
"She's very happy," Chyna's rep told Us Weekly.
The pregnancy explains why the couple was spotted together at an Obstetrics and Gynecology appointment in March.
Chyna and Kardashian confirmed their romance in late January. Less than three months later, Kardashian popped the question, which came as a massive surprise to his whole family. However, in recent weeks, Chyna has publicly reconciled with Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Chyna's relationship with the Kardashian and Jenner clan was previously tense because she had been engaged to Tyga, the current boyfriend of Kylie. Tyga and Chyna also have a three-year-old son together King Cairo.
