Hell Date is scheduled to premiere on Monday, July 9 at 7:30PM ET/PT and will air nightly Monday through Friday in that time period.  In addition, BET plans to broadcast encore episodes of Hell Date on weekday afternoons at 12:30PM ET/PT.

Each half-hour installment of Hell Date will follow a guy or girl who's looking to find true love.  However instead of being paired with an actual person who meets the criteria the contestant is looking for, they are set-up with an actor or actress who will actually be "their worst nightmare come to life."

In addition to Hell Date, BET plans to premiere four other new original shows this July, including Baldwin Hills, a new 10-episode docu-reality series that will follow 12 African-American teens, some of which struggle with their family's wealth while others live in a "rough neighborhood" nearby.
