Bachelor in Paradise featured Jonathon Johnson and Lea Cayanan's elimination, Andrew Spencer and Alexe Godin in love, Jess Edwards "in full panic mode" with Spencer Conley, and a shocking series of "daggers in the back" during the Season 10 episode that aired Monday night on ABC.

Hannah Brown proceeded to have a girl chat with the women in Paradise, and Katherine "Kat" Izzo revealed that she and Dale Moss had "some work to do" and so she definitely wasn't getting engaged in Paradise. But Bailey said she and Jeremy were getting stronger every day.
"I've never been with someone who makes me feel so stable and secure. But I have to remind myself that I deserve this," Jess cried.
Jess shared how she was feeling anxious because she and Spencer had started talking about moving in together when they haven't even entered the real world together yet. Jess explained how she didn't want to rush anything until she's sure she's madly in love.
Bachelor in Paradise host Jesse Palmer then announced how everyone was going to enjoy a beautiful beachside dinner that evening.
"You could be my person but, like, possibly… You're on the verge," Andrew Spencer told Alexe Godin.
"Likewise," Alexe replied before the couple kissed.
Meanwhile, Kat was batting away flies with her silverware and seemingly annoying Dale.
After the dinner, Jesse revealed the six couples were going to going glamping that night out in the Costa Rican jungle. Dr. Lauren Bergman, a relationship therapist, watched camera footage from a distance and judged each couple's behavior and compatibility.
Alexe said she loves to sleep under the stars, but Kat couldn't stand any of the bugs. Dale asked Kat to keep her composure, and Kat said she'd do her best.
The glamping became the next relationship test. Each couple had to pitch a tent, build their campsite and deal with a series of annoyances and pitfalls while doing it. Whoever handled the night the best would win the competition.

"My worst nightmare is coming to life," Kat added.
The bachelors and bachelorettes had to deal with bugs, broken camping chairs, poop piles and bad smells.
Kat has a bad phobia of bugs and so she cried, sobbed and pretty much had an anxiety attack. Dale said he felt totally helpless because Kat was about to self-destruct; however, he managed to calm her down and set her up in a spot that made her feel comfortable.
Jeremy and Bailey had fun, even with cockroaches "terrorizing" Bailey, and so did Alexe and Andrew.
Jeremy gushed about his partner, "I have extremely strong feelings towards Bailey. Everything that Bailey and I have been through, and even just the way she looks at me, I can see it in her eyes -- I feel like she loves me. I can definitely see myself getting there."
But Dr. Laura noticed there was something off or wrong between Alexe and Andrew.
As for Keith Gordon and Kathy Swarts, they made a great team, but Keith was starting to feel homesick. He missed camping with his family.

The next day, Jesse introduced the cast to Dr. Laura, who opened up about her findings and observations.
Dr. Laura told Keith and Kathy that they had great communication but no romantic vibes, and she couldn't sense any chemistry from Jonathon Johnson and Lea Cayanan, although they made a great working team.
Alexe and Andrew learned that their romance had a ton of laughter and they were aligned but she didn't believe that they were hot for each other and wanted to have sex.
Andrew cracked up and didn't want to tell the therapist that she was wrong, but he clearly felt that way.
Dr. Laura questioned whether Jeremy and Bailey were aligned with their hobbies and lifestyle goals. Jeremy said it was okay they didn't have a lot of shared interests.
"Me and Bailey are definitely similar and we vibe, so that is not true and I couldn't disagree with her more. Sorry doctor," Jeremy told the cameras.
Dr. Laura noticed Dale was generous and chivalrous but there was "a shadow to the hero." She said that when Dale couldn't save someone, he tended to shut down and get angry. Dale wholeheartedly agreed with that and said he needed to work on it.
Dr. Laura could see that Spencer and Jess had an emotional as well as a physical connection, but she encouraged them to take their time because these were fabricated challenges.
Dr. Laura named Kat and Dale the winners of the challenge, so they would have immunity at the next Rose Ceremony and enjoy a special date on the beach.
Jesse then revealed the cast would have to vote for one man to not have a rose to hand out. Keith assumed he and Jonathon were going to be on the chopping block since they didn't feel a love spark.
For their date, Kat and Dale enjoyed cocktails on a daybed, and they boasted about how they felt like the strongest couple on the beach. Kat said the jungle challenge solidified her feelings for Dale and how their relationship was "solid" and something she really wanted outside of Paradise.

"Same. This is probably the safest I've ever felt with someone," Kat replied.
Spencer and Jess were then shown talking about the future. Spencer shared how he'd like to start a family in two years, but that seemed a little soon for Jess. Spencer also noted that one of them needed to move once their lease was up. Jess lived in California and Spencer lived in Texas.
"I don't think that I'm going to be ready to move in together by September," Jess admitted to Spencer.
"But then what are we going to do? Date long distance for a year?" Spencer asked.
"I don't think we need to put a time on it," Jess responded.
Jess explained how they didn't need to jump four steps ahead, but Spencer admitted that a part of him wanted to.
"I am in love with Jess and I've been in love with Jess for a little bit," Spencer told the cameras, adding how he didn't want the couple to step on the brake.
Spencer tried to take Jess' feelings into account, but Jess wasn't sure if they were on the same page. Jess couldn't look at Spencer and say, "I am in love with you," yet.
Because she didn't feel that way about him yet, Jess confessed, "I am nervous."
Andrew then opened up to Alexe about how he gave a lot in relationships and tended to be dropped, which made him a little hesitant to let all his walls down.

Jess explained how she didn't want to force something that she wasn't ready for. Andrew, meanwhile, was advising Spencer to express his love to Jess to see if she'd say those three words back.
Later that night, Spencer told Jess that he'd take things at her speed as to not freak her out, and the conversation put Jess at ease and made her feel relieved.
Alexe then told Andrew that she had strong feelings for him but she needed to determine if she was truly in love.
Alexe said she never felt completely loved or protected or so she wanted to wait until she was 100 percent sure about him to say it. Andrew understood and promised Alexe he wouldn't hold back. Andrew also said he'd never tell Alexe, "I love you," unless he meant it.
Andrew had never said those three words to somebody on television before.
"I am falling in love with you," Andrew told Alexe.
"I am falling in love with you too," Alexe replied before giggling and taking a deep breath.
"This is insane!" Andrew gushed.
The sweet moment left Alexe speechless, but it didn't end there.
As they kissed, Andrew asked his girl, "Do you love me?"
"I do love you," Alexe replied.

That night, before the Rose Ceremony, Keith was dropping hints that he was ready to go home. Keith was feeling increasingly more homesick, missing his children. The camping challenge reminded Keith of camping with his girls.
But Lea and Jonathon wanted to stay in the competition as friends and continue their amazing experience in Paradise.
Keith then decided that he "needed to go home," and he told Kathy just that.
Kathy's jaw dropped to the floor in shock.
However, Kathy wanted to stay.
Dale said it made more sense strategically to oust Jonathon because he and Lea had won a challenge before and were more of a threat to win the $500,000.
That night, Spencer planned to vote for Keith and Keith planned to vote for himself, but Bailey, Jess and Alexe tried to convince Keith to stay because he meant so much to all of them and had become such a good friend of to the guys. Keith thanked everyone for making him feel so included and accepted.
Once it became time to vote, Keith admitted he regretted telling the guys he wanted to leave and he was going to cast his vote for Jonathon to go home. Alexe also voted for Jonathon, but Andrew and Jess voted for Keith.
The vote ended up being a tie, and so Dale got to cast the deciding vote since he and Kat had won the challenge.
Since Jonathon was trying to get at his girl earlier in the season, Dale gave the rose to Keith, who then handed it to Kathy.
Jonathon and Lea were therefore eliminated.

Keith said he was on the show for a reason and he was going to accept and embrace every moment of it.
On Day 19 of Paradise, the cast received a riddle from Jess. It was time for their next relationship text, and the riddle -- which was delivered with a dagger -- would send them to the location.
Once they arrived, the cast had to play "Sharp Opinions" in which they were asked pointed questions that had to do with character.
There were fruit mannequins dressed up like the bachelors and bachelorettes, and each player, one at a time, had to anonymously answer each question by choosing which fellow cast member who best represented the answer.
To answer a question, a player had to stick a dagger in the back of someone's mannequin. The couple with the least amount of daggers in the back would win the challenge.
Kathy said everyone was going to learn who their true friends were.
Jesse also explained that this week, they'd be voting for the two women who wouldn't be receiving a rose at the next Rose Ceremony, which was going to take place that very night.
When asked whose childish antics would be most likely to turn their partner off, Andrew and Alexe received the most votes.
When asked whose trust issues will eventually sour the relationship, mostly everyone voted for Kat.
When asked whose trust issues had the biggest codependency issues, Spencer and Jess received the most votes. Dale and Kat also earned themselves a few daggers.
When asked who was still talking to an ex or had eyes for someone else, Jeremy received the most votes probably because of his past with Susie Evan's. Jeremy insisted Bailey had nothing to worry about and he wasn't talking to any of his exes.

Jeremy was accused of being motivated by the money and being most likely to cheat on his partner after the show.
"Honestly, as soon as you think you know everyone, they stab you in the back. And let me say, it hurts," Bailey told the cameras.
The cast agreed Keith didn't deserve to be there.
The bad weather seemed to put an end to the competition early, and Jeremy said it was a sign there was going to be a storm that night.
Keith then told Kathy that he was voting for himself to go home that night because he didn't care about the money.
Kathy and Keith seemed to be the obvious vote that night, but a strong couple was about to go home.
The cast seemed split about whom they wanted to send home. Jeremy and Bailey were discussed, and Kathy said people may want Kat and Dale gone because they're the most financially secure.
Jesse went on to reveal that Andrew and Alexe had won the challenge because they had the fewest daggers in the back. Andrew and Alexe were therefore safe from elimination.
"Tonight's Rose Ceremony is your last," Jesse announced.
Kat said all she could do was trust that her friends saw what she and Dale had together.
