Bachelor Nation couple Jared Haibon and Ashley Iaconetti are in the process of opening their own coffee house and martini lounge in Rhode Island.

Jared first announced the couple's business venture on September 28 with an Instagram video, which featured Jared giving his followers a look at the building and a tour inside.

"ASHLEY AND I ARE OPENING A COFFEE SHOP/LOUNGE," Jared captioned the post. "I've always loved the concept of a cafe that turns into a lounge at night. That is why we are opening Audrey's Coffee House & Lounge!"

Jared continued, "It's going to be a family owned and operated business. Yes, there will be nods to the show throughout the place (see the rose in the logo) and we will be serving Ben Higgins @generous_coffee_ . I couldn't be more excited to open!"

Running a restaurant or bar has apparently been one of Jared's lifelong goals considering he worked as a restaurant manager in Warwick, RI, when he first appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette.

"It has always been my dream to have my own place. We will be located in the South County Commons down in South Kingstown, Rhode Island @southcountycommons," Jared shared of the trendy location.

"I have always loved this location and I'm so happy I get the opportunity to be a business owner in my home state. We're five minutes from the beaches and three minutes from the University of Rhode Island."

Jared concluded, "I will keep you updated when we are officially opening (we're aiming late October). I hope to see you soon!"

In the video Jared posted, which he actually filmed in late July, the two-time Bachelor in Paradise bachelor shared some additional information about his project in the works.

"Ashley and I are doing something that's very exciting. We are opening a coffeehouse and lounge. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 10 to 13 years of my life... It's going to be called Audrey's -- Audrey's Coffeehouse and Lounge," Jared said.

"Ashley's mom's name is Audrey. Yes, I'm sucking up to my in-laws, but also, it's just a great name. I love Rhode Island so much and I love the community here... [The coffeehouse] will be in one of my favorite places to be."

Jared confirmed at the time he and Ashley, who now live in Jared's home state, had "signed the lease" to the vacant retail space.

Jared shared how he and Ashley would have to furnish the place with couches, chairs and televisions. He also planned to change the color schemes and rip up the carpet.

In addition, Jared teased how nice it would be for customers to sip a coffee or martini by the stone fireplace. He said he hoped to open the lounge in October 2021.

While Ashley and Jared have yet to officially open their coffee shop in The Village at South County Commons to the public, Jared announced on October 13 that progress was definitely being made.

"Today was a really cool day for me. The sign for Audrey's went up. It was pretty surreal seeing a name and logo I've been thinking about, working so hard on, tinkering with, and stressing over now become a reality as it was placed on the outside of the building," Jared captioned a photo of himself and his dog Lois posing outside of the location.

"My dream of opening and operating my place is beginning to feel more and more real."

And just last week, Ashley -- who is about 24 weeks pregnant -- posted a photo of Lois sipping a "puppuccino." Lois was conducting a photo shoot for the couple's coffee shop and martini lounge.

Ashley and Jared announced they have a baby boy on the way in late August, and the couple revealed the news they're expecting their first child via an Amazon Live session in July.

The couple's baby is due on February 10, 2022 and already has a name, which Ashley and Jared are keeping under wraps.

Ashley confirmed, however, her son will not be named Tom, Brady, or Jared Jr. and that her boy's name is a nod to a couple of films she and Jared both love.

Ashley became pregnant after about seven months of trying to conceive and Jared undergoing sperm analysis.

Ashley and Jared got married August 11, 2019 at United Congregational Church, followed by a reception at Rosecliff, an oceanfront Gilded Age mansion in Newport, RI.

The couple moved to Rhode Island from California earlier this year.

"I put in my vows that we would move to Rhode Island because being there makes Jared's heart so happy," Ashley explained in an Instagram post on March 16.

"We have East Coast souls and we want to be closer to our families. This year has proven that we can do work remotely, so we said goodbye to [Los Angeles] a couple years sooner than we planned. We will miss our friends there so much and our cozy apartment we really made a home."

Ashley elaborated further in a follow-up Instagram posting in May.

"Both Jared and I want to live and raise kids in that idyllic suburban setting close to family," she wrote in May 16 post showing the couple visiting Depasquale Square in Federal Hill, the Little Italy section of Providence.

"We moved to Jared's beloved home state because he's truly happier here than anywhere and I'm quite adaptable. I'm happy wherever he's happy. And I'm not saying that in the IM-OBSESSED-WITH-HIM/Bachelor in Paradise crazed sort of way."

"While I've spent most of my life growing up in Virginia, I've lived in New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, and California and have enjoyed them all. From Rhode Island, my family is an hour flight/6-hour drive away in VA."

"It's looking like this will be the year we start to build a house in East Greenwich, RI, a town that reminds me so much of my hometown of Great Falls, VA. Dinners on Federal Hill, drinks on Adirondack chairs overlooking the Atlantic in Newport, and bike rides along the coast are making it easy for me to call this place home."

Ashley has said in the past she really wants to have a daughter at some point and would be happy to have up to three children.

Ashley and Jared met in 2015 on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise.

On the show, they sparked an on-again, off-again confusing romance that simmered into a friendship in which Ashley largely pined for Jared as he dated other women during the show's second and third seasons.

Jared, who also briefly appeared on Bachelor in Paradise's third edition, admitted that he realized his feelings for Ashley and wanted what he couldn't have once she had sparked up a romance with Canadian firefighter Kevin Wendt on The Bachelor Winter Games.

Jared eventually won Ashley over and the couple confirmed they were dating in May 2018.

Jared then proposed marriage to Ashley and they got engaged the following month in Mexico while the fifth season of Bachelor in Paradise was filming.

Prior to her appearances on Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season.
