Arie Luyendyk, Jr., and Lauren Burnham are officially homeowners.

"The Bachelor" Season 22 star and Burnham celebrated Sunday after closing on their first house together.

Luyendyk shared a photo on Instagram of himself and Burnham outside their home. The house features taupe siding with white trim and a blue door.

"Officially new home owners! Annnnnd I have blue pants to match our door," Luyendyk captioned the post.

Burnham posted the same picture on her own account.

"Officially new home owners!" she wrote.

Luyendyk and Burnham bought the 2,607 square foot house in Phoenix, Ariz., in April. Burnham had moved to Arizona the month previous following her engagement to Luyendyk.

"Buying a house is obviously another huge step in our relationship and we are excited to really make this our home," Luyendyk told Us Weekly in the spring.
