The dismissal of the case is reportedly contingent on the "satisfactory completion of specified terms" within 30 days of the settlement date.
Ariana and Tom are expected to meet on February 5 for a final status conference.
Per the former couple's agreement, if Tom doesn't adhere to the rules of the agreement, the case will go to trial on February 17.
Ariana and her ex-boyfriend of nearly a decade reached a settlement three years after their March 2023 split.
Ariana and Tom broke up because Tom had a six-month affair with their co-star and her former best friend Raquel Leviss.
Following their shocking breakup -- which inspired media headlines for months -- neither Ariana or Tom wanted to move out of their house, which they had purchased six years into their relationship for just over $2 million in 2019.
"I want my money out of that house... and to move on," Ariana complained on Watch What Happens Live in May 2023, adding, "[I want] to get out as quickly as possible."
Ariana subsequently appeared on The View and joked about how she had "thought about" burning the house down.
"I mean, I can't afford to do that. I really want to sell the house. I want to be a homeowner on my own after this, and so that is my goal, is to be able to save up," Ariana shared.
For his part, Tom claimed he had no other place to go amid the aftermath of his breakup with Ariana.
"I don't have a lot of friends I can stay with right now... I kind of run the house," Tom said on an April 2023 episode of the "Howie Mandel Does Stuff" podcast.

"I handle the gardening [and] the housekeeping. My assistant comes and cleans and stocks everything. I basically run everything in the house."
But Tom said he was able to avoid Ariana in their home by working with a mediator.
"[Ariana's] in the house. This is a big house," he explained at the time. "We have a go-between. We text when we're coming and going."
Tom also told comedian and America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel that he and Ariana weren't in a rush to put the house on the market.
"The house is not listed yet, no," Tom said. "[Ariana's] really busy right now, she's obviously blowing up. I'm really happy to see that. I've been busy as well trying to get things together."
In January 2024, Ariana filed a lawsuit against Tom, asking for a "partition by sale" of the home, People reported.
Ariana, who is now dating Daniel Wai, made it clear she didn't want "a division in kind."
A partition by sale sells a property and divides the cash proceeds, while a partition in kind physically divides a jointly-owned property among co-owners, giving each party a separate parcel.
