The Apprentice master Donald Trump may have convinced Apprentice 3 contestant Chris Shelton to attempt to quit chewing tobacco, but clearly he was to unable to help the 22-year-old real estate investor resolve his anger management issues.

According to the Seminole Indian Reservation Police, Chris was arrested at 3:25AM after creating a disturbance at the tribe's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida. Upset over being charged a $20 cover charge to enter the hotel bar, he "was at the lobby causing a scene," according to the arresting officer's police report.
"There were several patrons in the area who were visibly shaken by his actions. After several attempts to calm Shelton, he continued to yell and curse, refusing to calm down and stop causing a scene" states the officer's report. When Chris continued to refuse the officer's requests, he was arrested.
"He was loud and he just wouldn't calm down," Seminole police spokesman Gary Bitner told The Associated Press.
According to The AP, Chris had been staying at the hotel with friends. Fliers distributed on the University of South Florida's campus had advertised a birthday party for fellow fired Apprentice 3 contestant John Gafford and promised the chance meet other Apprentice contestants.
After his arrest, Seminole tribal police transported Chris to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department lockup, where he stayed until being released on $250 bail shortly after 10AM Sunday morning.
Reached on Sunday, NBC had no comment on Chris' arrest. "We don't really have any comment," NBC spokesman Jim Dowd told The AP. "This is clearly a private matter with Chris."
