Accusations in British media over a supposedly rigged talent search has theater legend Andrew Lloyd-Webber talking about possibly filing a lawsuit.

Lloyd-Webber told the British Broadcasting Corporation Monday that he was considering legal action following reports that the winner of the talent search, Connie Fischer, was recording a CD before the finals.

Lloyd-Webber told the BBC he had no idea who was going to win the competition and its grand prize, a lead role in Lloyd-Webber's London revival of "The Sound of Music."

He said Fischer's recording had nothing to do with the BBC talent show "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?"

"The Sound of Music" opens at the Palladium in November.
