American Idol ousted Majesty Rose during Thursday night's live results show on Fox, determining the thirteenth season's Top 8 finalists.

Majesty, a 21-year-old from Goldsboro, NC, became the fifth finalist sent home from American Idol's thirteenth season after she received the fewest home viewer votes cast following Wednesday night's performance show, which featured the Top 9 finalists performing rock royalty songs for a theme dubbed "I'm With The Band."

"I knew it," Majesty said when Idol host Ryan Seacrest revealed the night's results. "Thank you [judges] and I'll see you all soon [on tour!]"

Majesty's elimination became official after Idol judge Keith Urban announced the show's judges were not going to prevent her departure by using "The Judges' Save," which Keith and fellow judges Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. can only use once during the finals to prevent the elimination of a finalist whom America had voted out of the competition during a weekly performance round.

The decision would have to be unanimous amongst the judges to utilize the special save, which expires at the Top 6.

After discussing Majesty's fate during her survival performance of "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, Keith announced the panel's decision.

"Here's the thing. First of all, this is without a doubt the hardest deliberation from us tonight. It really has. It's not easy deliberating on this. We're talking about all the pluses and minuses and pros and cons and everything like that. It's not about the talent or your ability or anything like that, but we've got to agree. And by a narrow, narrow margin, we are not going to use our save tonight. I'm so sorry," Keith explained.

Majesty had received mixed reviews from the judges following her performance of "Shake It Out" by Florence & The Machine on Wednesday's performance show.

"That's the Majesty that I love. That's the Majesty that I miss. I love you when you're like that. You just feel so comfortable up there. Listen, vocally, it was a little bit all over the place, but performance-wise for me, it was a 10. I felt you comfortable. I felt you in control of the whole entire stage, the band, the audience. It felt so good," Jennifer explained to her.

"You're so talented. From the first day, I remember you, and I've been waiting for you to connect. I think you're so close to breaking through in this competition, because what I think makes it hard, is that stylistically... you're so different every week, so I think it's hard for people to latch onto you," Harry said.

"You're a fantastic singer. I actually really dug what you did with this arrangement... But Majesty, I'm telling you, if you're lucky enough to stick around in this competition, you're so close to just owning the stage. This is the closest I've seen you being a performer. I'm really proud of you."

"I think that was a great song for you because you've got this range -- this incredible range," added Keith.

"The great thing about you, Majesty, is that you've got everything you need. But what I find happens is, when the adrenaline of the crowd kicks in, it gets dispersed. I can see it in you and I can feel it... That can feel like a really energized performance, and then when you watch it back, it actually feels like it's a little bit out of control. So what you have to learn to do is center [yourself]... You could stand there [onstage] and just bring us to you."

Prior to Majesty's elimination, C.J. Harris, a 23-year-old from Jasper, AL, and Sam Woolf, a 17-year-old from Bradenton, FL, were revealed to be the other two members of this week's bottom three vote-getters.

In addition to C.J. and Sam, the remaining Top 6 American Idol finalists are: Dexter Roberts, Jena Irene, Malaya Watson, Jessica Meuse, Caleb Johnson, and Alex Preston.
