The three acts who received the most home viewer votes and will compete in the semifinals are Unreal Crew, singer and guitarist Bay Melnick Virgolino, and choir Leo High School Choir.
Those three acts will join rapper Mama Duke, who had received America's Got Talent judge Melanie "Mel B" Brown's Golden Buzzer during Tuesday night's performance show.
The Golden Buzzer allows Mama Duke to skip the semifinals completely and advance straight to the finals.
"Missy Elliott better be watching out for you," Mel had gushed to Mama Duke following her exciting performance.
Mel B later added, "Will you write a song for me?"
On Tuesday night's performance show, the second group of 11 quarterfinalist acts had taken the stage for Mel B and her fellow America's Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara.
In addition to Mama Duke, the 10 other acts who had performed on Tuesday night were Unreal Crew, Bay Melnick Virgolino, Leo High School Choir, roller-skaters Duo Stardust, magician Alain Simonov, dance group Alex Zinger & Crew, singer and keyboard player Benjamin Hightower, robot act Boston Dynamics, cheerleading group EDT Dance Team, and juggling group Jonglissimo.
Based on the voting results, the Top 5 acts were Unreal Crew, Bay Melnick Virgolino, Leo High School Choir, Jonglissimo, and Duo Stardust.
On Wednesday night's results show, Terry announced the highest votegetters and the eliminations in groups of two acts at a time.
Once the night came to an end, seven acts were eliminated from the competition.
Those eliminated acts were Boston Dynamics, Alain Simonov, Alex Zinger & Crew, EDT Dance Team, Benjamin Hightower, Jonglissimo, and Duo Stardust.
