America's Got Talent 2's final performance show began with host Jerry Springer bringing the Top 8 finalists -- who were revealed during last week's broadcast that eliminated Top 10 finalists The Calypso Tumblers and The Duttons -- onto the stage.

Springer then revealed America's Got Talent 2's Top 4 finalists one at a time, allowing each the chance to perform immediately after he told them they were safe based on viewer votes cast after last week's episode.

Once the Top 4 finalists -- Antoinette "Butterscotch" Clinton, a musician/beat-boxer from Davis, CA; Cas Haley, a singer from Arlington, TX; Julienne Irwin, a country singer from Bel Air, MD; and Terry Fator, a ventriloquist from Dallas, TX -- were all revealed, each had the chance to perform a second time for viewer votes.

The four acts that were members of America's Got Talent 2's Top 8 who were eliminated during last night's broadcast were Robert Hatcher, a singer from Cincinnati, OH; The Glamanzons, a group of burlesque singers from Astoria, NY that consists of Lady Finger (Meryl Finger), Candy Apple (Sandy May), Ginger Snap (Sarah Orr), and Caramella (Laura Johnson); Sideswipe, a group of martial arts acrobats from Los Angeles, CA that consists of Chris Brewster, Craig Henningsen, Matt Mullins, and Jackson Spidell; and Jason Pritchett, a singer from Independence, MO.

During next week's America's Got Talent second-season finale on Tuesday, August 21 at 8PM ET/PT, either Clinton, Haley, Irwin or Fator will claim the show's $1 million grand prize based on viewer votes cast immediately after last night's broadcast.
