ABC has revealed the identities of 28 bachelorettes competing for Ben Higgins' heart on The Bachelor's twentieth season, which is set to premiere Monday, January 4 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

After former Bachelors Sean Lowe, Chris Soules and Jason Mesnick pay Ben, a handsome small-town guy from Warsaw, IN, a visit to share some advice, the show's new star will be introduced to 28 women who all have their sights set on moving to Denver, CO.

The bachelorettes will include a soft-spoken single mom of two young daughters; bubbly, fun identical twins; a sexy free spirit whose recent breakup left her hesitant to fall in love again; a sassy, gorgeous and sensitive war veteran; and a beautiful TV news anchor.

So as the limos arrive one by one to the Los Angeles mansion, Ben's filled with excitement and anticipation to meet his bachelorettes.

Jami reveals she's friends with former The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe, identical twin sisters Haley and Emily catch Ben off-guard and leave him speechless, Maegan is accompanied by a mini-horse she brings inside the mansion, JoJo has a unicorn mask, and Lauren R. is so nervous she forgets to tell Ben her name.

The party gets started once Ben steps inside the mansion.

He'll quickly get stolen away for a private exam by Mandi, a dentist, and then two last-minute arrivals will really shake things up -- Becca, the runner-up on Chris Soules' season of The Bachelor, and Amber, who also competed for Soules and then appeared on Bachelor in Paradise.

Lace will then plant the night's first real kiss on Ben -- a move which has "unexpected results," according to the network.

The bachelorette to finally receive Ben's first-impression rose will not see it coming. ABC calls her an "intimidatingly beautiful bachelorette."

A long, stressful but fun night will conclude with the 20th season's first Rose Ceremony during which Ben must hand out coveted roses to 21 women, sending the rest packing. One bachelorette will shockingly pull Ben aside and chastise him for something he neglected to do.
