90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s Part 1 of the Tell All special featured the season's couples reuniting and providing fans with updates on their relationships, but in the meantime, drama exploded and revelations surfaced.

The Tell All broadcast starred Chantel Everett, a 26-year-old from Atlanta, GA, and husband Pedro Jimeno, a 27-year-old from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Anfisa Arkhipchenko, a 22-year-old from Moscow, Russia, and husband Jorge Nava, a 27-year-old from Los Angeles, CA; Nicole Nafziger, a 24-year-old from Bradenton, FL, and fiance Azan Tefou, a 26-year-old from Taroudant, Morocco.

The show also featured David Toborowsky, a 49-year-old from Louisville, KY, and wife Annie Suwan, a 25-year-old from Bueng Kan, Thailand; Russ Mayfield, a 31-year-old from Oklahoma City, OK and wife Paola "Pao" Mayfield, a 30-year-old from Bucaramanga, Colombia; and Molly Hopkins, a 42-year-old from Woodstock, GA.

Molly's soon-to-be ex-husband, Luis Mendez, a 27-year-old from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, was not present for the reunion special.

The couples, plus Molly, gathered in New York City for a show "filled with many surprises and plenty of drama," as well as "emotionally-unhinged moments," according to host and mediator Shaun Robinson.

Azan was accused of being a player and Molly disclosed she's currently dating someone new, but the biggest surprise was a fight that sparked between Anfisa and Paola -- bickering that almost turned physical.

At one point in the show, Paola pointed at Jorge to let him know that a crew member needed his attention, but Anfisa flipped her the middle finger.

Once Paola told Anfisa to behave and not be rude, Anfisa got up out of her chair and got in Paola's face.

"Try it," Paola said.

"Why are you provoking me?!" Anfisa demanded. "You talk about me all the time."

"You wish... girl, I could take you down," Paola said. "She's just a little girl trying to hit me."

Paola apparently spoke badly of Anfisa and her looks last season, so Anfisa wasn't over it, and she had no intention to forgive Paola and be friendly.

"She puts on a fake front," Anfisa noted. "I don't like snakes. I don't like people like that."

Paola said she was wrong to have made such comments about Anfisa's appearance and job but one should never resort to physical violence.

Later in the episode, tension escalated once David noted that Jorge and Anfisa acted better than everyone else.

"When are you getting deported? Next season?" Anfisa asked Paola.

"At least I work," Paola replied.

"How much did you get paid for that calendar?" Anfisa asked.

Once Russ demanded that Anfisa stop interrupting him, Jorge got off his feet and yelled, "Don't f-cking talk to my wife like that."

In addition to such drama, below is an update on each 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? couple:

JORGE AND ANFISA

Producers didn't know if Jorge would make the Tell-All given he had been arrested.

Anfisa and Jorge agreed love is what keeps them together and they want it to work, but they were still reeling from accusations from Jorge's ex that he has a child.

"100 percent that is not my child," Jorge insisted.

Anfisa said Jorge's ex was so persistent that she couldn't help but question whether her husband was lying.

Jorge's ex from high school then called into the show and said she had wanted him to take a DNA test for years but but he never did. Jorge said his ex just wants money, but the woman insisted she doesn't want anything from him other than to know who her daughter's father is for sure.

Jorge agreed to take the test "as soon as possible" to get the situation over with. Anfisa admitted she would divorce Jorge if he has a daughter and want nothing to do with the little girl. Anfisa confessed she's young and doesn't want to be tied down with a child right now.

Jorge said he wouldn't blame his wife for leaving him in that case.

RUSS AND PAOLA

They were still fighting and past issues were unresolved, but the intimacy in their relationship was still great and hadn't changed. Russ admitted intimacy is what gets them through their fights.

Paola's best friend Juan then called in and said the pair will absolutely get a divorce -- that he's sure of it. Juan also added Paola would be a great match for her ex, whom she allegedly still has feelings for him.

Paola assured Russ that she has no feelings for her ex, but she didn't think it was fair to have to choose between her husband and her best friend.

ANNIE AND DAVID

Annie and David were trying to overcome financial problems, and Annie was finally giving up on the idea of welcoming a child with her husband.

The couple showed they have no shame when it comes to their sex life, and Annie said she has tried to get to know David's daughter Ashley, who felt neglected and used for money by her father.

Annie felt guilty about having said nasty things about Ashley in the past, and the girls were starting to work out their relationship. In fact, Ashley said she appreciated Annie's friendship.

In light of speculation Annie was a prostitute when she met David, David yelled it was "bullsh-t" and that he met his wife while she was singing at a bar.

David cried over the fact Annie and Ashley were finally getting along, and he noted he was going to try to become a better father. Annie envisioned a future where they would all be a happy family.

NICOLE AND AZAN

Although in Morocco, Nicole and Azan joined the reunion via Skype.

Azan knew Nicole was still upset about his confessions regarding other women. The couple also revealed they are still not married but plan to wed "hopefully in the next two weeks," as they have obtained all of the necessary paperwork.

In terms of Azan's ex, he promised he never had any intention to move to Belarus to be with her. He said he stayed only for a couple of months, but that trip seemed to be part of the reason why his K-1 visa had been denied.

Azan was asked if he has visited different countries to be with different women, but he said no, that Nicole saw his passport and he wasn't lying.

Azan alleged he stopped talking to the woman in Belarus a week before he met Nicole. He also insisted it was "crazy" and "an absolute lie" for people to say he receives money from women in different countries.

Azan was criticized by his fellow cast members for not holding down a job, but he said he planned to work once he could move to the United States.

Nicole said she planned to stay in Morocco for over a year so he could obtain a spousal visa to bring Azan home with her to America.

"I'm pretty sure she's the one," Azan said, which prompted the cast to roll their eyes at him.

Although their romance seemed "crazy," according to Nicole, she planned to stick by her man.

MOLLY

Molly called Luis, who was absent from the Tell All, a "narcissistic turd." She said the last time they spoke, it was "very ugly" and the only reason he would show up for the reunion would be to try to make her look bad.

Luis had apparently told the other men in the cast that Molly hit him and there was "domestic bullying" in their former home on her part.

Molly said she just hit a computer away from her former husband because he had been looking at numerous pornographic images. Molly called it her "natural reaction."

"I felt like I was a prisoner in my own home. It was nuts... I think he wanted a good time... and he didn't realize the magnitude of my life here with my kids," Molly explained.

Luis had also told the guys in the cast that Molly was using him, but Molly insisted she truly love him when they were together. David, however, noted Luis' argument was "very convincing" because he had sent him a video of Molly calling him "a piece of sh-t."

Pedro then revealed Luis wants to go back to the Dominican Republic, and Molly said she will absolutely not be responsible for Luis financially given he didn't take care of the necessary paperwork and steps to make that happen.

Molly also told the cast that she met somebody new, someone she has fun with who is also younger than her. When Olivia joined her mother onstage, she admitted she no longer wants to be her mother's shoulder to lean on when times in her romantic relationship get tough.

CHANTEL AND PEDRO

Pedro wasn't communicating with Chantel's family and she still found that very upsetting.

"I realized Pedro ran around the table to get to my brother," Chantel recalled of the explosive fight between her husband and her little brother, River.

"It happened because of your family," Pedro noted. "I wasn't physical. They started it first."

Chantel said her husband doesn't stand up for her against his family, and she has given up on trying to bond Pedro with her loved ones.

As a result, Chantel confessed she's not ready to try for a baby or expand their family. Chantel can't imagine welcoming children with a man whom her family can't stand and doesn't respect -- and vice versa.
