90 Day Fiance star Jay Smith has confirmed he has a new girlfriend but says she's not expecting his first child.

Jay continued, "Selena is my girlfriend right now, but no one is pregnant. She didn't give no information to nobody that she was pregnant."

When the rumors circulated Jay and Selena were going to have a baby together, his estranged wife Ashley Martson was reportedly "flipping out," according to a source.
"I've got another big thing coming out right now, like a show and stuff, so that's not what I want to have right now," Jay explained to Us of his current priorities.
"So [having a baby] is something I would not do right now. Just like a clothing line [I'm working on], a show and modeling. I can't really say what show I'm doing."
Jay and Ashley, who got married in 2018, starred on Season 6 of TLC's 90 Day Fiance before appearing on a season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
Jay and Ashley are in the process of divorcing, but Ashley revealed last week their divorce is not official yet due to a paperwork error.
Ashley revealed in an Instagram video, "Yes, technically I am [still married] because the paper was dated wrong... So, if we can resign real quick with the right date then we wouldn't be married. So, let's get on [with it]."
Jay suggested to Us that he's annoyed to still be legally married to Ashley.
"I was the one who announced that we were divorced and then she texted me and said, 'Just a heads up, we're still married.' She didn't go through with the paperwork and stuff like that," Jay told the magazine.

I signed everything because my attorney told me at the time, 'Send the papers over to her to review it.' I thought we were done. She told me that some time in the last month. I'm going to have to file myself."
But in the meantime, Jay said he's trying to move on with his life, and that includes leaving Pennsylvania, where he lived with Ashley and still resides.
"I'm trying to move because I don't want to live in Pennsylvania. I don't really want to give that information out until I move," Jay shared. "Sooner than later."
This isn't the first time rumors spread about Jay getting a woman pregnant.
Rumors swirled in September 2019 Ashley had decided to give Jay another shot although he had a history of cheating on her, but then one month later, Ashley announced in her Instagram Stories their relationship was over -- because of an alleged pregnancy.
"Stop making girls get abortions because you're a whore," Ashley wrote of Jay in her Instagram Stories in October 2019. "Saddened to reveal we got back together AGAIN and now have split AGAIN."
"After officially getting back together again," she added, "I heard Jay got ANOTHER girl PREGNANT."

Ashley first filed for divorce from Jay in January 2019 because she had caught him flirting with other women on a dating app, however, she later decided to take him back.
Ashley filed for divorce for a second time in April 2019 after allegedly catching Jay cheating on her.
Although Ashley had set the divorce papers in motion on April 23 after 11 months of marriage, Jay apparently refused to sign the papers and so their divorce was never finalized.
Following their brief reconciliation, Ashley announced in late November she was divorcing Jay once and for all after he had finally agreed to sign the divorce papers.
When Ashley made her "official" divorce announcement in November 2019, she also confirmed she's "a single woman" again on Instagram.
Jay admitted on the Tell-All special of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fourth season, which aired in July 2019, he had cheated on Ashley with two women.
However, rumors circulated for months prior to Jay's confession about his alleged numerous affairs and flings.
90 Day Fiance is currently airing its seventh season on Sunday nights at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.
