90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson has announced she and Jay Smith are officially divorced, as Jay has finally signed their divorce papers.

Ashley also took to her Instagram Stories to elaborate on how her relationship with Jay is over after nearly a year of on-again, off-again drama.
"Today's a good day! I'm Officially a single Woman!!! I'm single again, Figured I would Update everyone since it's the most frequent asked Question. He finally signed," Ashley wrote in an image that was captured in a screenshot and re-posted by 90 Day Fiance Instagrammer John Yates.
Ashley wrote her message over a picture of an unlocked ball and chain and the words "Happy Divorce."
John commented the following on his re-post of Ashley's announcement: "Jay signed the divorce decree. #90DayFiance #90DayFianceHappilyEverAfter."
Although Ashley implied getting a divorce from Jay is a happy time in her life, she expressed different feelings in another Instagram Stories post.
"I feel like a failure. I tried all I could. It was just broken beyond repair. My last post may sound like I'm happy, which I am to put this chapter behind me, but it's a hard pill to swallow," Ashley wrote in the since-deleted post obtained by The Hollywood Gossip.
The previous Instagram post Ashley was referring to was a photo of her two children at the beach.

"I didn't think I would [be] married [and] divorced at such a young age. I appreciate everyone's support through this Journey," Ashley continued.
"My page will no longer represent my marriage or the show from this point forward. I just want it all behind me. Thanks again to everyone who supported me and reached out to me during this Mess with kind words. It truly means a lot! I'm grateful [for] the love."

Ashley took to her Instagram Stories at the time to throw Jay under the bus, and in the process, the reality TV star revealed she had taken Jay back as a romantic partner, only to be disappointed and betrayed by him once again.
"Stop making girls get abortions because you're a whore," Ashley wrote. "Saddened to reveal we got back together AGAIN and now have split AGAIN."
Ashley posted minutes later, "After officially getting back together again, I heard Jay got ANOTHER girl PREGNANT."
Ashley also shared an alleged screenshot of the list of recent calls in her phone, which apparently included several missed calls and failed FaceTime video attempts from Jay as well as two calls from a number without caller ID.

"Bro you called me then I told you off and blocked you so you started calling me blocked," Ashley wrote over the screenshot.
"After telling me her and her aunt beat your door down because you blocked her when she told you," she continued, seemingly referring to the woman alleging to be pregnant.

In addition, Ashley issued a statement to In Touch Weekly at the time, further detailing the explosive ending to her relationship with the Jamaica native.
"What my friend is saying turned out to be true and Jay confirmed it himself on the phone that he did indeed have another girl who is claiming he got her pregnant. He said he doesn't believe her but they are going to get a test done and, regardless, it's clear he cheated on me," Ashley said.
Ashley admitted she was "distraught yet again" by Jay's behavior and unfaithfulness.
"[I] am picking up the pieces and doing my best to move on. I know that I only have myself to blame for the situation I'm in again. It's no one's fault but my own," said Ashley, who had previously given Jay second and third chances.
"I can safely say I am, once and for all, done with Jay."
Jay, however, denied Ashley's accusations by subsequently telling In Touch, "That's a lie."
"I don't really care about the attention, [but] some people do," Jay added. "That's why they're making a scene out of everything... I don't want no argument with no one. I'm just doing me."

Rumors swirled Ashley and Jay were back together in September when they were spotted at the same event in Pennsylvania.
At the time, Jay's now ex-girlfriend Kayla O'Brien -- who allegedly began dating Jay in January and was rumored to be pregnant with Jay's child in August -- told RadarOnline she and Jay had broken up and were no longer together.
"God help him if he's messing with Ashley again," Kayla told RadarOnline in September.
"All I can think of is all the hard work to reverse the damage. There's a current PFA. If she turns on him again he's so f-cked. I don't know why he would put himself in that position... I feel sorry for him."

The divorce filing claims that Jay -- whose formal name is Conroy and is referred to as such in the filing -- committed adultery during the course of their 11-month marriage.
Jay admitted on the Tell-All special of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fourth season he had cheated on Ashley with two women, but rumors circulated for months prior about his alleged numerous affairs and flings.

According to Ashley, Jay moved out of her Pennsylvania home in late May and was arrested by local police in early July for violating a protective order she had obtained against him.
Ashley claimed in an interview with Celebuzz that Jay's detainment was the result of a break-in and subsequent rant on social media.
Ashley alleged that Jay broke into her home while she was away on a highly-publicized vacation in late June.
Once Ashley returned home from a week-long cruise to the Bahamas, she reportedly called the police and was instructed to file a Protection From Abuse order, which she followed through with on July 1.
Jay was not allowed to talk about the PFA or Ashley at all on social-media platforms, but he ended up going on social media the very next day and posting a long profanity-laced rant.
Ashley then notified the police, who issued an arrest warrant for Jay after they investigated his social media postings and determined he had violated the order.
Jay was then taken into custody by Upper Allen Township police without incident on July 3.
Jay was reportedly released without bail by the court after his arrest, but since U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement also had an active warrant for Jay's arrest due to his immigration status, he was handed over to the federal agency, who subsequently transferred him to York County Prison in Pennsylvania.

According to Ashley, Jay's arrest on the PFA violation had merely accelerated his detainment by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as they had allegedly already been planning to detain Jay on July 8 due to his outstanding warrant.
Ashley told Celebuzz that ICE had been looking for Jay since June 28 since he's been living in the United States illegally since she withdrew his adjustment of status paperwork earlier this year.
Jay's PFA violation hearing took place on July 17.
Public court records show that Jay was found guilty of Contempt For Violation of Order or Agreement, and he was paroled by the state court immediately but ordered to pay a fine and abide by the existing protection from abuse order.
However, since Jay was already being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement pending his deportation hearing, he was instead returned to federal custody where he remained until his release on bail on July 31.
Jay's boss Daryl Bingaman -- who goes by the name "Ego" and is the owner of Ego Ink tattoo shop in Lemoyne, PA -- posted his $4,500 bail.
When Jay was released from ICE custody, Kayla had posted an Instagram video showing her running up to Jay, jumping into his arms and straddling him.
Ashley and Jay, who married in 2018, initially starred on Season 6 of TLC's 90 Day Fiance before appearing on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
