90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star Alina Kozhevnikova has been fired by TLC for racist social-media posts from her past that have resurfaced.

Alina, a 27-year-old from Saint Petersburg, Russia, and her long-distance love interest Caleb, a 28-year-old Caleb from Chandler, Arizona, currently star on Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, which airs Sunday nights at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.

Although Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days already wrapped filming, TLC has announced they're going to drop Alina's storyline from the series beginning in February.

In addition, Alina will have no future involvement with 90 Day Fiance's family of TV shows.

"TLC discontinued filming with Alina Kozhevnikova following the recent discovery of her past social media statements," TLC told Us Weekly in a Wednesday statement.

"She will not appear on the upcoming Tell All, any future seasons of the franchise and starting next month, she will no longer appear on Before the 90 Days."

The network added, "TLC does not tolerate racism or discrimination of any kind."

Several social-media posts Alina made in 2014 and 2015 have resurfaced online, and fans are shocked and disappointed to see the Russia native had used the "N" word seven times in one 2014 post, TMZ reported.

Alina, the franchise's first-ever little person, repeated the racist slur when describing a party she had gotten invited to on Facebook.

Alina poked fun at the "[N]-party" invitation she claimed read, "Become invisible in the night," and she cracked up about the "black music" that would be played, the "hood" atmosphere, and the "gangsta costumes" people would be wearing to the event.

"HAHAHHAHAAH I'm sorry everyone for writing these words. But this is one of the funniest things I've seen and I am SO going!!" Alina wrote at the time.

Alina also reportedly used the "N" word -- replacing the Gs with Qs -- when commenting on someone else's post that year.

In another resurfaced post from 2015, Alina shared how her celebrity crush at the time was actor Hugh Grant.

While Alina gushed about Hugh's attractive looks, she criticized him for being too old and wrote, "and his wife is Asian, so all the kids would be kinda Asian," according to a screenshot TMZ published on Tuesday.

There is also reportedly a fourth post in which Alina appeared to mock Muslim people.

However, Caleb stands by Alina and has defended her, according to TMZ.

Caleb insisted that he knows Alina's heart and she is not racist.

Regardless of whether Alina is truly racist, her words are offensive, and she has yet to apologize. Alina reportedly claimed ignorance of the N-word's meaning and many people are skeptical of that.

Alina -- who was born with diastrophic dysplasia, a rare form of dwarfism that affects one's joints and stature -- actually said racism is "not okay" during a December interview with Entertainment Tonight.

"I was thinking recently [how] I don't really see a lot of homophobic and racist comments any more because people really know that it's not okay... But for some reason, there is not much talk about ableism... We forget about ableism!" Alina said at the time.

"Ableism" is discrimination in favor of able-bodied people, and Alina suggested people are still saying degrading things about those who have disabilities.

Alina continued, "I just want to see, you know, maybe something could change for the show. Because more people would know that it's not okay to shame someone for their height or for using a wheelchair or something."

Alina added how there are "so many people with disabilities" and so discussing ableism is "no less important" than any other cultural or societal issue.

Caleb and Alina had met on social media about 13 years ago -- when Caleb was only 15 years old -- but they were only dating for a year-and-a-half by the time 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' new season filmed.

Caleb and Alina started out with an online friendship and became best friends over a decade ago, but then they lost touch with each other.

Suddenly, when Caleb, a well-traveled adventurer, planned a trip to Russia, he hopped on a Russian dating app to see whom he could meet -- and he ironically matched with Alina, which resulted in the former friends reconnecting.

"And there was Alina! It was the biggest small-world experience. Some visa issues came up and I never actually made it out there, but we kept talking more and more -- and I realized that we had something special," Caleb shared on the show's premiere.

Caleb told the cameras he didn't want to wait any longer to find out if his connection with Alina was "real in person."

But due to COVID-19, the borders in Russia were closed when the spin off taped, and so the pair decided to meet up in Turkey.

Caleb explained how his "deep emotional connection" with Alina helped him to look past their glaring height difference.

The show has since featured Alina and Caleb getting to know each other in Turkey, and the pair was recently shown having sex for the first time.

Caleb gushed about how he and Alina definitely had physical chemistry, but he refused to rush into calling Alina his girlfriend and making their relationship official.

Caleb wanted to take his time in building trust and a strong foundation before committing to Alina and being in a serious relationship, much to Alina's dismay.
