STEVEN AND ALINA

Steven and Alina were headed to the marriage office to finally make an appointment to get married, which Alina considered "such a relief."

But Alina was upset Steven had taken so long to come around because she knew long distance would be bad for their relationship and being apart would give Steven the opportunity to communicate with other girls again.

Alina hoped to wed as soon as possible, and it turned out they had brought all the necessary paperwork they needed to start the marriage process right away. Alina and Steven were even told they could get married that upcoming Wednesday at 5PM, which was only two days away.

Steven realized everything was happening really fast, but he conceded to the fact the universe had thought it was time for him to get married -- and so he appeared ready and willing to take the plunge.

Alina was then shown shopping for her wedding dress, and she was starting to get really excited about her "magical and special" big day. Alina fell in love with a traditional red Turkish dress, which surprised her.

Since Alina was doing everything unconventionally, she liked the idea of not wearing a traditional white dress.

Alina's mother was worried her daughter was moving too quickly and making a hasty decision by marrying Steven, whom she didn't think was ready for marriage.

Alina's mother worried that Steven was going to lie to Alina for the rest of their lives and maybe cheat on her again.

Steven, after all, had a history of breaking the Mormon rules. Alina's mother said Steven probably wasn't going to change and Alina should just return to Russia to be with her family and friends.

"But it's my decision to make, and I still want to get married. I believe that we really love each other and will be together forever," Alina told the cameras.

ARIELA AND BINIYAM

After two months of trying to improve their relationship in Kenya, Ariela and Biniyam celebrated their son Avi's birthday. Biniyam thanked Ariela's mother Janice for helping them work things out and making their relationship better.

Avi took a camel ride for his birthday, and Biniyam said he and Ariela were "trying" even though things weren't perfect. Ariela was also determined to make her relationship last.

Biniyam apologized to Ariela for treating her poorly and partying too much when she was home in New Jersey, but Ariela called forgiveness "a process," acknowledging things "weren't 100 percent" for Biniyam and herself.

Ariela liked being in Kenya "away from the noise of other people" and Biniyam's friends, but she didn't think it made sense to live there long term. Ariela didn't think a life in Kenya would be sustainable because she and Biniyam would have to keep renewing their Tourist Visas all the time and they didn't have stable work.

"Since I don't want to go back to Ethiopia, it seems to me that the U.S. is the best option. But I'm scared to tell Bini because I know this is going to make him upset," Ariela shared.

Once Ariela dropped that bomb on Biniyam, he actually said, "I understand."

Ariela thought she and Biniyam would have a successful and happy life in America together, and so she considered filing for the K-1 visa again. Ariela didn't want to return to Ethiopia because she believed people would laugh at her and make a joke of her relationship.

Biniyam said he didn't want his family to break up but he also didn't want to live in America. Biniyam therefore told the cameras he would rather travel back and forth to see Ariela.

However, Biniyam told Ariela to her face that being together in the United States would be "wonderful" and he was up for the move.

"I'm just agreeing with Ari because I don't want another argument. We'll talk about it more in the future," Biniyam admitted in a confessional.

Ariela and Biniyam then consulted with an immigration lawyer via FaceTime to discuss going ahead with a K-1 visa. The lawyer revealed the couple would have an interview in 19 days, and Ariela admitted she wasn't ready for that to happen so soon.

The interview would take about 15-30 minutes, and the lawyer advised Ariela and Biniyam to go to the interview together. The lawyer said Ariela's support would look great even if she wasn't allowed into the actual interview.

Ariela was also told she'd have to go back to Ethiopia because she and Biniyam weren't allowed to travel for 14 days prior to the interview -- which was three weeks away -- and Ariela hated hearing that because she didn't want to face Biniyam's friends and relatives.

Ariela, however, said she was "excited and scared" at the same time.

"Things are moving at lightning speed. I want this visa to go through because I think it's our only hope, but at the same time, I don't know if I'm ever going to be ready to go back to Ethiopia," Ariela explained in a confessional.

"But if I don't, it will hurt Bini's chances of being approved, so I am really torn about what to do."

ELLIE AND VICTOR

Ellie and Victor just got into a huge argument about money when Ellie said she had just been asking "normal, adult questions" about their future together.

Victor suggested saving up money to pay Ellie back so he could just move on with his life, and the pair accused each other of "having a complex" about money. Victor told Ellie that money seemed to be all she thought or talked about.

"If you send me so much money, I would have a bike or a car," Victor argued, adding how her money was going towards the house they were going to rebuild and have together.

"Whatever, you're f-cking crazy," Ellie said.

Victor told Ellie that he was giving her an opportunity to live on a paradise island, and then she walked away from him and called him "a psycho." Ellie thought Victor could have spoken to her in a rational manner rather than allegedly attacking her character.

Ellie felt she had done nothing but support Victor emotionally and financially, but Victor insisted he was not using his girlfriend for money.

"I don't even know how I ended up in this situation. I feel dumb, I feel like an idiot right now," Ellie lamented. "Was I that desperate? No, I thought I was in love!"

Victor felt like his relationship was over because it wouldn't be healthy for this situation to repeat itself.

"My heart can't take this anymore," Ellie cried outside of the home.

Ellie woke up the next day feeling "empty and sad," and she and Victor decided to walk down to the beach to talk things out. Victor apologized for the prior evening and reiterated how he wasn't with her for her money.

The pair determined they were both physically and emotionally tired, and Ellie decided to move on and try to work things out with Victor.

"We do love each other a lot, and when everything is strong and we're good, it's perfect," Ellie told the cameras.

Ellie explained to Victor that she didn't know how to react to him being "on edge" but she's his biggest fan at the end of the day.

The couple laughed together and agreed they were still in love, and then Victor gifted Ellie with a beautiful shell.

"Will you marry me?" Victor asked while down on one knee. "Would you? Would you marry me?"

"Yes!" Ellie replied before kissing her new fiance.

The engagement was a new step and a new beginning for the couple.

KENNY AND ARMANDO

Kenny and Armando were only one day away from their wedding, and Kenny hoped everything was going to go well and there would be no drama considering both of their families had reunited for the big event.

Kenny told Armando how his daughter Taylor didn't like the idea of her father "starting a whole new family" in Mexico and that the conversation got really tense. Kenny recalled how Taylor had cried a lot because she didn't want Kenny to forget about his kids in the United States.

Armando said Kenny's kids probably blamed him for taking Kenny away from them. Armando was fearful that Kenny's children actually resented him and that Kenny had changed his mind about welcoming or adopting another child with him.

Kenny said navigating this situation wasn't going to be easy but he just wanted to focus on the wedding for now.

Armando admitted he was a little nervous about showing "lots of love" to Kenny during the wedding, such as kissing and dancing together, because his father Armando Sr. had requested that his son be "respectful."

"Don't get yourself worked up over anything. He's going to see all of that tomorrow... Just be natural and just be you," Kenny told his partner.

Kenny said he didn't want Armando to be worried about showing his love or affection in front of his father.

The morning of the wedding then arrived and Kenny said he couldn't be happier, but Armando admitted kissing Kenny in front of his father was going to be "a little awkward" and he didn't want his family to feel disrespected or "disgusted" by their PDA.

Kenny told Armando to move on from that and not overthink things, but Armando was also concerned about his first dance with Kenny and how he should even dance with another man.

Kenny thought their love was a beautiful thing, and so he asked Armando to embrace that and just live in the moment that night. Kenny said their wedding day was about "us" and this was like another coming-out for Armando.

COREY AND EVELIN

Corey said many of Evelin's family and friends were going to attend their wedding in Ecuador but he couldn't find one person from the United States to go to his wedding. Even Corey's brother Matt rejected the wedding invitation due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Corey confessed how the whole thing was "a bummer" because even his mother didn't want to travel to Ecuador for the wedding. Corey thought if something was important enough to a person, then he or she would make that happen.

Corey didn't feel supported and admitted it was difficult for him to deal with. He wanted his entire family to attend his wedding and wished just one person would be able to come.

"I feel like my relationship with everyone has deteriorated, and I don't like feeling the sense of separation. It's upsetting no one has come to visit," Corey complained to his brother.

Matt said they were still family and everyone still loved him but they had naturally grown apart due to Corey living in Ecuador. Corey's family also apparently didn't really like Evelin, who had allegedly locked herself in a bedroom in Corey's home.

Evelin had felt trapped and isolated at Corey's home in America.

Matt apparently blamed Corey and Evelin's relationship for ruining their brotherly bond. Matt said it sucked when Corey left his entire family for Evelin and it seemed as though he did whatever Evelin wanted or needed without taking his own needs and desires into account.

Corey was well aware his family never loved or accepted Evelin with open arms, but he said that shouldn't affect whether or not his family comes to his wedding.

Corey thought his pal Raul would at least attend his wedding, but they apparently had a falling out a few months prior because Corey spent a few weeks at Raul's place and then Raul apparently didn't hear from Corey again.

Corey said staying with Raul had actually caused more problems for his relationship because Raul had posted photos of two girls with them during a dinner out on social media, which really upset and angered Evelin.

Corey knew Raul's intention wasn't to set him up on a date, but he said it looked that way and a big problem could have been prevented had Raul just listened to him.

Raul said he only meant the best for both Corey and Evelin, but Evelin had decided that Raul wouldn't be invited to the wedding. Raul said not being invited to the wedding "destroyed" him.

Corey told Raul that whatever Evelin wants, Evelin gets -- and he didn't want to risk doing anything that may result in Evelin calling off the wedding. However, Raul was determined to go to the wedding in order to support Corey and be there for his close friend.

JENNY AND SUMIT

Sumit revealed his brother and sister-in-law had welcomed a baby boy and so now he's an uncle. Sumit asked his parents if Jenny could meet the baby, but they said "no."

Sumit hoped his parents -- who no longer hated Jenny -- would "fully accept her" in the future. Jenny also thought Sumit had submitted their marriage application and so they'd be able to marry in 30 days.

"Actually, there's something I need to tell you... As he was saying he was going to file it on the same day, I put it on a hold. I asked him to put it on hold," Sumit admitted.

Jenny was shocked Sumit had done that behind her back, but Sumit confessed that he had been feeling "nervous."

Jenny was angry Sumit had decided to do that, and she was also upset he had essentially lied to her.

Sumit only had a bad experience in marriage, and he was clearly worried about Jenny becoming his wife and things potentially changing between them.

Jenny said their relationship was "completely different" from his past marriage because she loved him and trusted him. Jenny said she'd become a happier person and a better partner if Sumit agreed to marry her and spend forever with her.

"I've been by your side through everything... I have been through hell and back," Jenny told Sumit.

"How should I feel when everything I have done for you and given up for you, and you're still not sure if you want to marry me or not?... It's not fair to keep me hanging by a thin thread here."

Jenny said if Sumit truly didn't want to marry her, then she should not remain in India. Sumit said Jenny was using a return to the U.S. "as a weapon" against him and trying to control him.

Sumit told Jenny that he would file the marriage application when he's ready, and Jenny fired back, "You don't want to marry me! You absolutely 100 percent do not want to marry me."

Sumit told Jenny that they would get married and it didn't matter how long it was going to take, and then Jenny stormed off and accused Sumit of "embarrassing" her once again.

Sumit asked Jenny to calm down, but she felt rejected and declared how she had some big decisions to make about her future. Jenny said she couldn't let Sumit keep doing this to her.

Sumit said Jenny threatening to leave him just brought out his "rebellious nature." Sumit apparently doesn't like to do anything when people are pushing him. Sumit worried Jenny would try to control him if they were married, and he said he was seeing signs of that already.

Jenny wasn't about to let Sumit use her and be in their relationship for fun without any responsibilities.

Jenny's friend advised her to stop crying wolf and just walk away from Sumit to force him into commitment. Jenny realized she needed to warn Sumit how serious she truly was about getting married.

"I need to be strong and think about myself first, even if it breaks my heart into a million pieces," Jenny acknowledged.
