90 Day Fiance: The Other Way featured Yohan dropping a bombshell on Daniele about his past and her calling him "a liar," Jen grilling Rishi's parents during their second meeting, Nicole feeling homesick one day after moving to Egypt, Kris shocking Jeymi with her interest in weapons, and Nicole meeting Mahmoud's friends during the Season 4 episode that aired Sunday night on TLC.

The show's returning couple, Daniele, a 42-year-old from New York, NY, and Yohan, a 32-year-old from the Dominican Republic, first appeared on Season 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise.

Fresh from the 90 Day Fiance spinoff set in the Caribbean, Daniele left her home in New York and attempted to convince Yohan they should spend the rest of their lives in the Dominican Republic.

In addition to Daniele and Yohan, Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way also stars Jen, a 46-year-old from Stilwell, OK, and Rishi, a 32-year-old from Jaipur, India as well as Kris, a 40-year-old from Haleyville, AL, and Jeymi, a 30-year-old from Venezuela who currently resides in Bogota, Colombia.

The series also stars Gabriel, a 32-year-old from Margate, FL, and Isabel from Colombia; Nicole, a 38-year-old food delivery driver from Los Angeles, CA, and Mahmoud, a 26-year-old from Cairo, Egypt; and Debbie, a 67-year-old from Sugar Hill, GA, and Oussama, a 24-year-old from Khemisset, Morocco.

90 Day Fiance: The Other Way follows American citizens moving to or living in foreign countries for the sake of love and their future spouses and experiencing culture shock.

Below is what happened on Episode 5 of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way's fourth season.

NICOLE and MAHMOUD

Nicole had just moved to Egypt, and during her first night with Mahmoud, they had a fight about what she was wearing. Mahmoud wanted his wife to cover up more, but he said it was so nice waking up next to Nicole and that she had given him a little sweet kiss in the morning.

Nicole then got ready in the bathroom, knowing she only had limited time in the full household. Nicole took a shower and had to clean up all the water that ended up on the floor, and she just looked forward to having her own apartment with Mahmoud.

Nicole then broke down into tears, admitting that she was already really homesick.

"We don't know how to come to any conclusions that are right for both of us, and it seems like this endless battle between us," Nicole lamented to the cameras.

Nicole then told Mahmoud that she was worried about them and had given up her apartment in Los Angeles, which was upsetting for her, especially when the couple argued and didn't get along.

Mahmoud assured Nicole that everything was going to be fine and they had to start their new life together. He comforted his wife and didn't want to see her cry.

Mahmoud just worried his wife was going to leave him again.

"I chose to be here... I did that -- to be with you. Don't feel like you're to blame," Nicole noted, adding how it was even more upsetting that Mahmoud blamed himself for Nicole's emotional state.

Nicole hoped wanting to make the relationship work on both of their parts was going to be enough.

Later that day, Mahmoud gave Nicole a tour of his neighborhood so she would feel a little more comfortable in the area. Nicole was ready to loosen up and maintain an optimistic and positive attitude.

Mahmoud explained that the cafes were mostly for men, and so when he brought Nicole inside of one, people stared at him and he felt "so weird."

Mahmoud asked a waiter if Nicole was allowed to sit with him, and he was given permission. Nicole was bothered by the fact she had never met any of Mahmoud's friends, except for at the wedding, which she called "a blur."

Mahmoud explained how married life was separate from friendships in Egypt and the idea of mixing them together didn't excite him.

But Nicole didn't want to feel like her husband was hiding something from her, and so Mahmoud said he's introduce them to her but it probably wasn't going to be a comfortable gathering.

Mahmoud was very nervous to introduce Nicole to his friends, but Nicole asked him to relax and just be yourself.

When the couple met Mahmoud's friends at a restaurant, Nicole realized it was awkward. Mahmoud's friends were kind and pleasant, but Nicole said she didn't know what to say or ask and feared crossing cultural or religious boundaries. Nicole struggled to open up and wanted to leave right after the dinner started.

Nicole realized she should have listened to Mahmoud when he said wives and friends don't mix because she had put herself in a weird position.

DEBBIE and OUSSAMA

Debbie was shown packing for her trip to Morocco to reunite with Oussama. She said packing had been a nightmare but she couldn't wait to be with the man of her dreams.

Viewers were then introduced to Oussama, who described himself as "a loner" as he was shown feeding multiple cats as well as a cow on his family's farm, which also has chickens and a donkey. He shared how he's a Berber and really enjoys his religion.

Oussama -- a writer, painter and poet, according to the reality TV star -- said he didn't have a job because he claimed "hard work can kill the creations." He shared how all of his paintings were about misery, sadness and pain, which suggested there's a "madness" inside of him.

Oussama explained how he and Debbie understood each other, despite their age difference, and he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. But the pair had a history of breaking and making up.

Oussama said he wanted to get to know Debbie a little better before they got marriage, and she apparently didn't know that he wasn't ready to get married just yet.

Debbie planned to leave her townhouse for her children, but her son Julian thought Debbie was making a horrible decision. He didn't think Debbie had to travel around the world to get a little attention from a man.

Despite hearing concerns and doubts from her children, who were very skeptical and wary of Oussama's motive, Debbie decided to be "courageous" and make the move for love.

Debbie promised Julian that she was going to be okay and nothing bad was going to happen. Debbie knew her family didn't approve of her decisions, especially choosing to wed Oussama, but she felt "determined" to make herself happy.

"I'm just a plane trip away," Debbie told her son.

JEYMI and KRIS

Jeymi and Kris were struggling to communicate and so they used a translation device.

Kris asked Jeymi if they could get out of their apartment and explore the city together. Kris said she wanted to go to a weapons store to buy herself something for protection, but Jeymi didn't like the idea at all.

"I know it scares you, but it's part of who I am. I've always had weapons in my home," Kris said.

Kris was worried about drug lords and kidnappings, and so she was afraid she was in danger in Colombia. Jeymi said they could leave the topic open for discussion but she believed her country is safe.

"You were punched on a bus and your cell phone was stolen from you," Kris countered. "That's not safe."

Jeymi clarified how that was only one incident in the five years she had been living in Bogota, but that clearly didn't change Kris' mind.

At the weapon store, Kris looked at a pocket knife to walk with and a larger knife for their home. Kris promised Jeymi the big knife would stay in its case, and Jeymi was discovering all these new things about her partner that she didn't really like.

Not only did Kris have Narcolepsy, but she had been in a serious car accident -- which left her with an injured neck that one day needs an extremely expensive surgery -- and also suffered from night terrors.

JEN and RISHI

After a fight, Rishi called Jen and asked her to meet his family in a nice Indian outfit he had purchased for her. Although she was upset Rishi hadn't told his parents about their engagement, she agreed to play along and meet his family.

Rishi, however, was also upset about how Jen had behaved the previous night. He didn't want her to walk out or storm out of a room in the face of conflict or a difficult conversation.

Jen explained how it bothered her when Rishi had said his parents could force him into an arranged marriage, but he assured her that wasn't going to happen because he'd choose her over his family, if absolutely necessary.

Rishi had a childhood friend tag along for the visit so Jen would look like just a friend and her appearance wouldn't be so suspicious.

Rishi wanted his parents to get to know Jen naturally, even though his plan was a little dishonest, but his friend thought this was a bad idea and would just make the situation worse for Rishi in the end.

Rishi had told his parents that Jen was visiting India but had yet to move there.

Rishi's friend then spilled the beans that Rishi's parents were already looking for a wife for Rishi, which shocked Jen because she had asked him to be totally honest with her.

Rishi said they began looking for a wife for him about a month ago, and Jen complained, "You told me that you told them, 'I will not do an arranged marriage,' and that they were okay with it.'"

"I told them, 'I will not marry anyone until I find someone,'" Rishi said. "Today will make things better and then I will finally tell them that I made my choice and you'll be my wife."

Jen told the cameras that lying, even if it's out of omission, was a bad move. Jen, however, attempted to put her anger and frustration behind her for the moment since it was a big, important day for the both of them.

Jen had met Rishi's family once before, and when asked why she was in India, Jen revealed she had recently moved. Rishi's parents found this strange and wondered what she liked about Indians that made her want to permanently live there.

Jen then asked Rishi's parents if they had found a wife for Rishi, a suitable match. Rishi's mother shared how proposals were coming, and Rishi wished his fiancee would be quiet and not as such questions.

Rishi's father explained how the women they found either lacked education or were too short for him.

Rishi's parents said they needed to finalize his match within the year and they wouldn't care if the woman has a different religion as long as she's a good nature person.

"I am disgusted. They've been looking for a fiancee for him for the past two years. Hello! He gained a fiancee two years ago," Jen complained.

"I have no tolerance for someone who lies to me. At this point, I am tempted to tell his family the truth. But if I tell them, I'm actually doing his job for him. That takes a lot of responsibility off him, and I'm not willing to let him off the hook. I want a man who's going to move mountains for me. I'm not going to be the one who moves the mountains."

YOHAN and DANIELE

Daniele only had a few days left in her trip to the Dominican Republic before she had to go back home, and the couple still hadn't found an apartment.

The couple decided to take a break and visit with Daniele's friend Sophy for a friendly chat. Sophy apparently worried Yohan was using Daniele, who's "very trusting," for a visa and money.

Sophy therefore had some questions for Yohan about his intentions; she wanted to make sure that Yohan was going to take care of her friend.

Yohan said he'd like to have children and give his parents grandchildren, but he and Daniele had been trying to get pregnant for a year already without success. The pair had visited with a fertility specialist, and Daniele was told that she only had a five percent chance of getting pregnant.

Yohan believed their chances were better than that and that God would bless them with a miracle. Daniele feared getting pregnant and potentially having a miscarriage because she said she wouldn't be able to handle it emotionally.

Yohan then revealed he had gotten former partners pregnant and they either lost the babies or chose to abort them. Daniele said she's pro-choice but it was the first time she had ever heard this story. Daniele wondered why Yohan had lied to her about the abortion.

"If I lose [trust], then what do we have?" Daniele complained in a confessional about Yohan's lack of honesty.

The couple then bickered about religion when shopping for supplies, such as candles, in a store. While Yohan said he respected Daniele's "witchcraft" faith, he was upset she didn't understand his religion.

Daniele then brought up the abortion again, and Yohan pointed out how he wanted the past to stay in the past. He claimed he had been with a lot of women and one of them got pregnant and had an abortion -- but he believed this had nothing to do with Daniele.

Daniele explained how that was an important topic for her to know about and she couldn't trust her when she didn't know the truth.

"Why does it matter? Why do you care?" Yohan vented. "It's the past, and when I do tell you about the past, you keep asking me [about it] over and over again."

"You're a liar. My problem is not with your past; my problem is that you're a f-cking liar. I have a problem with liars," Danielle snapped.

Daniele broke down into tears. She apparently had many exes who had lied to her, one of which had a secret family.

Daniele said she loved Yohan because she trusted him and believed in his heart, but hearing these "partial truths" made her question everything he had told her.

Daniele said she had zero tolerance for dishonesty and once trust is broken, it's broken forever for her.

Daniele didn't feel Yohan took accountability for his mistake, and she thought he was acting like a child. Daniele wanted more sympathy from her partner, but Yohan didn't seem to think he had done anything wrong.

Daniele pointed out how there's a huge difference between losing a child and terminating a pregnancy.

"You are a toxic human," Daniele said.

"Then why did you marry me?" Yohan asked.

"Because this isn't who you were," Daniele said.

"Let's end it then," Yohan countered.

ISABEL and GABRIEL

Gabriel said he needed to start working on his business right away because there were a lot of pre-sale orders on his website and he had no underwear inventory, which gave him a lot of anxiety.

In order to help Gabriel with his work, Isabel had resigned from her job at a law firm.

Since Gabriel wasn't fluent in Spanish, he relied on Isabel to help his business succeed.

Gabriel was clearly stressed out, and Isabel said she'd be able to handle everything more calmly. The couple then went shopping for cotton, and Gabriel said it almost felt like he was working for Isabel as her assistant.

The pair hit a snag when looking at expensive stamps. Shipping back and forth from the U.S. to Colombia was going to be an expensive challenge, and Gabriel was worried because he needed his business to thrive in order to survive and live a life in Colombia.
