The special documented Yara one month after her Las Vegas wedding to Jovi -- when Yara was four months pregnant -- all the way to her giving birth in the hospital to a beautiful daughter whom she and Jovi named Mylah.

90 Day Fiance: Jovi and Yara's Baby Special began with Yara temporarily moving into Jovi's mother and her new mother-in-law Gwen's house when she was four months pregnant because Jovi was away for work.

Gwen could tell that Yara felt alone and wanted to be with her new husband, but Yara assured Gwen that she was thankful and appreciative for her help.

"Poor thing just left everything in [Ukraine] and feels like she has nobody," Gwen cried in a confessional. "So I'm going to try to be that mom-figure for her, if she lets me, and just help her."

Yara admitted she felt lonely and afraid in the United States as coronavirus was spreading, but Gwen tried to show Yara a good time by going crabbing in New Orleans. Yara also appeared to spend time with other members of Jovi's family.

Footage then sped up to Yara at seven months pregnant, and Yara had a tough time going to all of her doctor appointments by herself.

Yara complained of lower-back pain and wished Jovi could be with her, but she promised Jovi that she would wait to find out the baby's sex together. Yara's doctor therefore wrote down the baby's sex in an envelope for Yara to open later on.

Yara revealed that she didn't want to get an epidural when in labor and still had some concerns.

Yara feared having a headache for the rest of her life if her doctor didn't use the correct needle, and she also read that the baby travels out of the canal slower once medicine is injected -- and both of those things scared Yara.

Yara planned to deliver her baby naturally, but she ultimately wanted to make the decision with Jovi.

When Yara was seven-and-a-half months pregnant, she moved back to her apartment in New Orleans and Jovi came home on his birthday. Jovi had been away at work for four months due to COVID-19!

Yara surprised Jovi with a Ukrainian cake and some birthday balloons, and Jovi said he was so happy and excited to see his pregnant wife.

"When I left for work, [Yara] didn't have a belly. I come home and she's seven months pregnant! That's a huge difference!" Jovi exclaimed in a confessional.

"She looks amazing, but she's huge. She's, like, ready to have a baby almost."

Gwen gifted Jovi a baby carrier for his birthday, and Yara gave her husband an Apple watch. Jovi said he really appreciated the cake Yara had made for him but it tasted really bad.

Yara asked Jovi to wash all the baby clothes so he could be more involved, but Jovi complained about needing to do chores on his birthday.

"I'm a little bit worried that he's not 100 percent ready to be a dad," Yara lamented to the cameras.

Fast-forwarding to Yara at eight months pregnant, Yara and Jovi enjoyed a gender-reveal party at Gwen's house.

"I was starting to think in the beginning, like, 'Okay, I want a boy,' and [Yara and I] talked a lot more about it and she tells me a girl loves her dad so much. So I had the thought in my mind, 'Okay, maybe I want a little daddy's girl.' I don't know!" Jovi said.

Yara and Jovi were then shown holding up little smoking canisters that released pink smoke into the air. Yara and Jovi said they were both happy and excited to be expecting a baby girl.

But five days before Yara's due date, Jovi met up with two of his friends at a bar and stayed out later than he had promised. Yara was upset because she was already experiencing contractions and new the baby could come at any time.

"I never once thought Jovi would ever be a dad, much less married. But I'm very happy for him," Jovi's friend Kline told the cameras.

And Jovi's other friend Darcy said, "I think Jovi being a dad is a little nervewracking. I hope he changes his lifestyle a little bit. I hope he goes from drinking and having a good time to being a good parent. He has to be comforting instead of being an assh-le."

Jovi returned home to a pissed-off wife because Jovi had said he'd only go out for a few hours.

Yara was nine months pregnant and wanted Jovi to spend time with his friends, but at the same time, she wanted Jovi to keep his promises and make her his No. 1 priority.

"I went for one last time out with my friends," Jovi said.

"Last time? Are you f-cking dying or something?" Yara asked.

"I'm not dying, but I know I'll be locked home for so long once we have a baby," Jovi replied. "I think I need to have a little freedom before the baby is around and I don't think you should be mad at me for meeting my friends today."

Yara said she needed Jovi's help around the house and she hoped he'd stick around once the baby arrived. Jovi swore that he'd stick by Yara's side once the baby arrived and wouldn't go anywhere.

At 2:45AM that night, Yara woke up with contractions and wasn't feeling well. A couple of hours later, Yara was still in a lot of pain, but her doctor advised the couple to wait a little bit longer.

The next morning, Yara and Jovi headed to the hospital after Yara believed her water had broken. Yara was calm and relaxed, and Jovi was very impressed with his wife.

"I'm ready to meet my baby girl," Yara said. "But I still don't want an epidural. I'm just a little bit worried about it."

Once the pair entered the hospital, Yara became a little bit nervous.

At 5PM, Yara's contractions were going slow, and so she was given medicine called Pitocin to speed things up.

Since Yara was given Pitocin, she learned pain would be worse than the natural pain of childbirth, and so Yara -- who screamed, "Oh my God, I can't!" -- ultimately decided to receive the epidural after six hours in labor.

At 8:45PM, Yara was feeling better and more relaxed thanks to the epidural, and then not long after, Yara was asked to push.

At 1:10AM, Jovi and Yara's daughter Mylah -- "a pretty and unique name," according to Yara -- was born weighing seven pounds and nine ounces!

When Yara held her baby for the first time, she gushed about how Mylah was "so beautiful."

"Beautiful just like her mommy," Jovi said.

Yara said she fell immediately in love with her daughter, and Jovi couldn't believe he and Yara had "made this little human."

As Yara slept, Jovi walked around the hospital room with his baby and held her close to his chest.

"It's crazy how the first time I held her, we went skin to skin, it was a special moment looking down at her and knowing, 'This is my child,'" Jovi shared.

After Yara spent a couple of days in the hospital, she and Jovi were able to take their baby home. Gwen picked her family members up and had to teach Jovi how to put the carseat into place.

Yara was upset because Jovi didn't know what he was doing and she complained about it being really hot outside.

Yara broke down into tears as Mylah cried in the car, and the new mom lamented, "I am exhausted and my emotion is all over the place, and this is now how I wanted to start Mylah's first day at home."

But 30 minutes later, Yara fed her daughter and then received a "push gift" from Jovi, which turned out to be a cross necklace.

Yara couldn't believe how quickly time had passed, but Jovi said "everything was worth it."

"I always want to cry when I look at [my daughter]. I love her so much... I [didn't] think I could love somebody so much in just a little bit of time," Yara gushed.
