Hanging out with The Hills stars Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag can apparently be hazardous to your health.

Pratt says she began bingeing and purging after watching herself appear alongside Conrad in one of the first scenes she filmed after joining The Hills in 2007, according to a cover story interview in Us Weekly's new issue.
"I was horrified," the 23-year-old Pratt told Us. "I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.'"
Pratt -- who is 5' 7" and wears a size 0 or 2 dress size, according to Us -- told the magazine she also felt uncomfortable after asking Patridge for some fashion advice when they were filming some bikini scenes in Hawaii.
"[I asked] 'What looks better, shirt on or off?' [and she said] 'On,'" Pratt said.
Pratt says The Hills producers weren't responsible for her bulimia
"The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight... [but] it's embarrassing working with skinny girls," Pratt told Us.
