Survivor Seasons 1-7 Challenges Tracker
Maintained by “Blow By Blow”

Challenges are listed in the order they were shown. For the first couple of episodes, All Stars who were on the winning tribe have been listed, but after that it got too complicated to track down who was on which tribe with all the switching that occurred. Descriptions of the challenges are pulled straight from the CBS website. After each challenge name there’s a code for the Season (S1, S2…) and Episode (Ep1, Ep2…) when the challenge took place. Some challenges were recycled and they’ve been listed multiple times.

Pirate Prison Break (S7 Ep7)
Description:
A three-way battle of Morgan, Drake and the new Outcasts tribe. The tribes race to escape from a four-stage Pirate Prison, each stage escalating in difficulty.
STAGE 1: The tribe Rescuer races to the beach to retrieve the tribe colored flag and returns to the prison cage to rescue the Prisoners.
STAGE 2: The tribe Rescuer digs under the prison cage door and unties
Prisoner 1, and both dig under their cage next door to get into cage 2.
STAGE 3: The Rescuer and Prisoner 1 untie the next 2 prisoners (tied to posts in the cage corners). Once untied, they assemble sticks and twine to make a pole long enough to retrieve the keys hanging on the back wall of cage 3. Once retrieved, they use the keys to unlock their door and get into the next cage.
STAGE 4: Once inside cage 3, the prisoners race to find the correct key to unlock the rest of their tribe. Once all are unlocked, they "fish" for the key located outside the cage to open the final door and race to the finish line.
Winning Tribe Gets: If Morgan and Drake both lose to the Outcasts, they must attend their own unplanned Tribal Council to vote someone off. The Outcasts then participate in a Tribal Council to vote two of their own back into the game. If either Morgan or Drake wins the Challenge, the winners are spared the visit to Tribal Council, but the losing tribe must vote someone off.
Winning Tribe: Outcasts
