Tori Spelling is apparently ready to take on her own reality show without husband Dean McDermott necessarily at her side.

True Tori will feature Spelling's perspective on things almost in real-time, as the show will air three short weeks after cameras began filming. The series will kick off just as McDermott, 47, is leaving rehab post a very-public cheating scandal in which he had sex with a woman while away on a business trip last December.
"Tori has made the courageous decision to allow the audience to witness the most difficult and unpredictable period in her life. Intimate, raw, emotional and completely real, Tori will tell her story for the first time as it should be told -- by her," according to the network.
"Since viewers will be seeing events almost immediately after they occur, nobody knows how the drama will unfold -- not Tori, not Dean -- and only time will tell if Tori and Dean's marriage survives."
Viewers watched Spelling, 40, and McDermott -- who have four children together all under the age of seven and have been married for over seven years -- fall in love and manage a healthy relationship through their previous Tori & Dean reality show on Oxygen.
Tori & Dean: Inn Love premiered in 2007 and aired for two seasons before relaunching into Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, which survived four more seasons and concluded in January 2012.
Spelling acknowledged last year Oxygen had canceled the pair's reality series because the network was heading in a different direction.
Lifetime ordered six one-hour episodes of True Tori, which is being produced by Studio Lambert and All3Media America. Spelling, McDermott, Robert Sizemore, Greg Goldman, Eli Holzman, Stephen Lambert, Eli Lehrer, Mary Donahue, and Paul Hardy are serving as executive producers.
