Thief ruins 'Simple Life' star Paris Hilton's Mother's Day surprise

Thieves made off with $10,000 worth of Christian Dior products that hotel heiress and "The Simple Life" star Paris Hilton had sent her mom in Los Angeles for Mother's day.

The package included shoes, purses, sunglasses and perfumes, TMZ.com reported.
"A delivery person from Christian Dior delivered the items to the residence, and set the package down on the sidewalk while trying to work the intercom system," Hilton's reps told the Web site. "At this point, a person came along and grabbed the items."
