'The Simple Life' taping talks upset New Jersey high school parents

News that provocative hotel heiress Paris Hilton may tape a segment of "The Simple Life" at a New Jersey junior high school has parents outraged.

The reality show has been talking to the Buena Regional School District, about filming at Cleary Junior High School, near Alantic County, N.J., WCAU-TV, Philadelphia, reported Thursday.
A township committee member in the municipality of Buena Borough who also happens to be a parent said a crew from the show even came to one her son's classes recently without her knowing.
The school district is saying little, but sources told WCAU-TV the district was approached by people tied to "The Simple Life" last month about the possibility of a segment starring Hilton, notorious for being scantily clad and appearing in pirate porn videos, and Nicole Richie being recorded at the school.
"It's like selling your soul," said another parent.
