By Christopher Rocchio, 06/04/2008

Josh Waring is apparently having a hard time staying out of trouble.

The 19-year-old son of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Lauri Waring was arrested last Sunday night and charged with possession of heroin and ecstasy with intent to sell, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.

According to law enforcement officials, Waring was spotted in front of a Laguna Beach Comfort Inn when he was approached by a police cruiser and started to run away, TMZ.com reported.  The officers subsequently caught up with Waring and determined he was under the influence of heroin.

Things only got worse for Waring from there, as the officers executed a search warrant for his hotel room and allegedly found more than 14 grams of heroin, hypodermic needles and ecstasy.

In addition to possession of heroin and ecstasy with intent to sell, Waring was also charged with a misdemeanor count of unauthorized possession of a hypodermic needle and a misdemeanor count of being under the influence of heroin, TMZ.com reported.

This isn't the first time Waring has found himself in trouble with the law.  After being arrested for an incident involving marijuana, he violated his probation in early 2006 after violating curfew.

His mother subsequently sent him to a treatment center where he remained until December 2006 -- when he turned 18 and was released.  In the past, Waring has blamed his mom's lack of parenting for his problems.
