The Food Network has announced production on the tentatively-titled The Next Iron Chef of America, a new reality talent search that will scour the country for some of the best culinary minds the 50 states have to offer.
Then, once Brown has accomplished his mission, Decascos will challenge the contestants to prove why they should be the next Iron Chef in Kitchen Stadium.
In addition to The Next Iron Chef of America, The Food Network announced it was launching 12 other new series throughout 2007, including Simply Delicioso, Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, the third season of The Next Food Network Star, Food Dudes, a second season of Feasting on Asphalt, America's Best Recipe, and a third season of Ace of Cakes.
