Whitney Port is apparently hoping to follow in Lauren Conrad's footsteps as a best-selling author.
Described by publisher It Books as a "conversational, fun, and candid guide for girls looking to start out [in life] with style," it will include personal stories from Port and advice for young women on everything from getting rid of puffy eyes and dressing for a date to decorating a small apartment and hosting parties.
"Being a twenty-something can be a difficult phase. There are so many questions, and I wanted to write about my experiences for anyone who needs help navigating through life," Port told People. "It's a really fun and fresh how-to-guide where I can share anecdotes that I've learned from both work and my personal life." Conrad's second novel -- "Sweet Little Lies" -- topped The New York Times bestseller list in February after her first novel "L.A. Candy" did the same last July.
