The Bachelor winner Kelsey Anderson has admitted she went "back and forth" when considering whether Daisy Kent had spoiled Joey Graziadei's marriage proposal for her.

On The Bachelor's Season 28 finale that aired Monday night on ABC, Daisy sought out Kelsey to essentially compare notes, when typically the Final 2 women are not allowed to see each other or talk, ahead of Joey's Final Rose Ceremony in Tulum, Mexico.

Daisy admitted to Kelsey that something felt "off" and seemed to be "missing" with Joey during their last date, and so she gave the impression that Kelsey was going to be Joey's winner.

The two women then traveled to the Final Rose Ceremony in the same van, which was another first for The Bachelor franchise. And once Daisy and Joey broke up, Daisy returned to the van and hugged Kelsey.

Daisy all but congratulated Kelsey in that moment, and so it was pretty apparent that Kelsey knew Joey was going to pick her and most likely pop the question.

Kelsey was asked if Daisy had spoiled the proposal for her and if a part of her wishes Daisy had never come to her with a prediction of Joey's final decision during a joint interview with Joey on the March 26 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

"Ummm, I think I went back and forth at the very beginning, like, 'I don't know, did I want that? Did I not?" Kelsey admitted to the podcast's co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt.

"But at the end of the day, it's what happened. And I know that she had really good intent. And, you know, it did take a little bit of the stress off my shoulders going in."

Kelsey therefore confirmed, "I do appreciate Daisy, and I think she's a wonderful woman."

Kelsey also insisted her car ride with Daisy to the Final Rose Ceremony "wasn't as awkward" as it appeared on the show.

"Watching it, I was like, 'What is this?!'" Kelsey recalled with a laugh. "It did feel like a long car ride because I think we were all just nervous for the end."

On the morning of the Final Rose Ceremony, Daisy wasn't feeling good because she believed Joey had been preparing her for a letdown rather than an engagement, especially when The Bachelor star mentioned how he had been in her shoes before and got "blindsided" at the end of The Bachelorette.

"I was like, 'Oh, it's not me,'" Daisy shared with the cameras. "Love shouldn't feel like it hurts this much. I know what I need to do. As hard as it is right now, I know it will be the best thing for me."

Daisy then knocked on Kelsey's hotel door, and Daisy politely and carefully asked Kelsey to share how her week with Joey had gone.

Kelsey said she was feeling really good and that Joey had given her the validation she needed during the evening portion of their final date. Daisy, on the other hand, admitted that Joey hadn't given her any reassurance or confirmation that she was his person.

Footage then showed Daisy and Kelsey traveling to the Final Rose Ceremony together, holding hands the entire time.

Daisy walked out of the van first and took the long walk to Joey, who then gave a sweet speech about how their connection had been strong from the start and she really understood him to his "core."

"Falling in love with you has been so fun and I do love you," Daisy told The Bachelor star. "But the thing is, you're not going to choose me."

Joey immediately broke down into tears, confirming that Daisy's gut instinct was correct.

Daisy then told Joey that she realized in the last few days that he wasn't her "person," and she added, "I know that you know I'm not your person. And as much as that hurts, umm, I know you said you want what's best for me, and so I'm going to do what's best for me -- and I'm going to go."

Both Joey and Daisy were crying, and Joey confessed, "You truly don't know how special you are... and it hurts so much that I know I have something more special with someone else. That's where my heart is leading me, and I know it's the right thing to do."

"I'll walk you out," Joey said.

"I think that's something I should do on my own," Daisy replied.

"I'm going to miss you," Joey cried.

"I'm going to miss you too," Daisy responded in tears. "I'm pulling for you!"

Daisy then walked away from the emotional The Bachelor star, and once she got to the end of the path, Kelsey was standing there.

Daisy kindly told her friend, "I know your mom's going to be looking down on this moment and she's going to be so happy and so proud of you, okay?"

The women shared an emotional embrace, and then it was Kelsey's turn to meet Joey on the platform.

Joey told Kelsey that he had chosen her and he couldn't wait another minute to express his true feelings.

"I love you," Joey gushed. "There is something about you. You have this infectious energy that makes me smile. It's a feeling I've never had before. I know during this time that we've built a very strong flame, and the only reason I know why that flame will never go out is because you're my light."

Joey continued, "I have known for a while that I've wanted to have a beautiful life, but I truly didn't know how beautiful that life could be until I met you."

Joey proceeded to get down on one knee and ask Kelsey, "I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

"Yes!" Kelsey replied. "Yes! Oh my god! I love you! I'm so happy! Oh my god, oh my god!"

Kelsey and Joey are still together and in love, and they are planning to move in together in New York this summer.

Daisy, meanwhile, wasn't interested in starring on The Bachelorette, and so Jenn Tran will hand out roses later this year on the show's 21st season.
